Why were you warned/banned?: MRDM | NITRP

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I should be unbanned because, I wasn't given the chance to explain myself for why I killed 2 people. One of them being the moderator that banned me. Killing 2 players in my opinion is not considered "mass rdm" it's a stretch. After killing the moderator, I was brought, jailed. He said nice and then you're being banned for 7 days for mass rdm. Then I was banned. This moderator instead of investigating and trying to understand why I killed 2 players, instead assumed I was guilty of breaking a server rule and banned me without hesitation. I am unsure if Staff members on this server can take their own sits on here or not. But there was without a doubt a bias and guilty conscious to this interaction. 

 

The NITRP was again on an assumption as I was not asked the reason for killing 2 players. Instead, I was banned. 

These reasons are false and based on assumptions and not facts. It almost seems as if the whole thing was rushed as maybe he needed to do something else, instead of taking the time to find out what happened and who is right and wrong. 

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: LeGerbs McStubbins and 1 week.

If you look at the photo you can see his conversation with me, which he only typed. You can see that he NEVER asks me why I killed those two people or asked for my side of the story. Just a straight ban

I'm going to be honest I have no recollection of this ban whatsoever. However what I can say is before I ban someone I am very thorough on investigating the sit. 

 

Taking your own sits is very much allowed on this server, this however is an exception if a player calls a sit ON a staff member. That is when it's proper to ask another staff member to hold that sit.

 

Your screenshot also doesn't show anyone else you may have killed prior which as I said I can't recall who.

 

To give me more of an insight to remember the sit, please explain as to why you killed me.

I was shooting at a police officer attempting to arrest my fellow gang member in my job role. I killed him and saw you (LeGerbs was a police officer) witness the entire murder. I panicked and shot you as well, as I assumed you were going to arrest me for the murder of a fellow officer. I was going to explain to you what happened but before I had the chance I was banned. I am fairly new to this server and I've played for like 20 mins every couple of months. So I am unsure if cops can be corrupt or whatnot. But I am sorry and did not mean to kill you if that is the case.

Well it’s easily RDMx2 as gang affiliation means nothing anymore in terms of RP. 

 

That being said. If this was EXACTLY what went down I would have given maybe a warn for the RDM. 

 

Cops aren’t allowed to be corrupt it’s FailRP.

I remember this now, you shot me and one other cop AND the person being handcuffed. I then brought you to a sit and asked if you guys were in a party over mic, either you didn't hear me or you ignored me. I was no where near the person being handcuffed and was gunned down without any thought. Not knowing the rules isn't an excuse. I believe another person was dead in my logs as i'd banned you which led to 4 RDM's. 

 

Again not knowing the rules isn't an excuse. You never responded to me in the sit. 

 

I will be reducing your ban to 3 days for the RDMx2.
