Why were you warned/banned?: I was banned for mass RDM

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : Well the story starts off when i was RPing as hitler and i gathered like 20 people in my army. It was fun, we were rping and just acting like it was ww2, but we were pretty chill. Eventually we started to get a little crazy i put up the berlin wall, and shit started to havok. The aliens waged war on us due to them not liking our regimes and my fellow soldiers decided to rumble in a firefight against them. It got crazy but i wanted to add to it so i fired shots to make the firefight sound louder. I may have accidentally shot people but it wasn't with intent. TBH we really wanted to just have a war but things got out of hand, people started getting unneccesarily killed, but for the most part, nobody considered it rdm (Which technically it was). My soldiers eventually shot the wrong people and they called a sit presumably, and my soldiers started getting jailed and banned. I don't remember seeing that i killed anybody during the firefight but when it was my turn to get banned it turns out i was. I then proceeded in a rightfully stupid manner to ask to ensure the people of anything they lost and any apologies that i could give them as a result. I wanted to give them moeny or anything they may have lost whether selling parcels or such, cause i really didnt want to kil lanybody. I just wanted to reenact the war, but it got way out of hand and people started actually RDMing. I know its my fault for getting everyone riled up but i just wanted to have fun. This is like the only server that is populated enough to do this stuff, although its not in the rules and may be against them, it was really awesome and i hope you can atleast see where im coming from. I tried on sandbox and it wasnt nearly as fun, i've tried on other darkrp servers and got banned for nazism, this server is awesome for this. For any people that got rdm;d in the process i want atleast them to know it wasn't intentional. My soldiers got rightfully banned cause they got out of hand, but i hope you can see where this is coming from.

Evidence: Ask anyone who is on the server and they will tell you about the giant firefight between the aliens and the nazis. It should be fresh cause i just got banned RN and wanted to get this report in so i would have the best chance. although maybe not. I get it was RDM but it wasnt random, if these people were in the way of the war they were casualties, mostly we were shooting the aliens and other infantries that came towards us. I dont think anyone on my squad was an rdmer except a select few that were fired cause of it. 

 

Note: I know what i did was, i hope to at the very least get my ban reduced.

I understand you were trying to have a fun rp war and all that. But when it got to the point of people not even being able to get of spawn without dying, we had to end it, you did kill 3 people during the time and shot a multitude of others. But from what it looks like you did put a lot of effort into this appeal so I will be reducing your ban to 3 days for the appropriate 3 cases of RDM. You could have stopped it and saved yourself the hassle if you either called a sit or talked the people that were involved into calming down.
