You only get my +1 because he called you a retard which isnt right for any staff member to do.

I don't think you should be completely unbanned because what you did was obviously wrong but yea.

I don't think Cobaselic said retard to be mean or offensive to you, I think if you had not been on the receiving end of a ban you probably would not have even been offended by it.

I'm not saying his actions are okay, but because I don't think he called you a retard with the intent to offend or hurt your feelings I won't be taking any actions against him. 

Next, I would advise everyone on the server stop using / buying slapper sweps because there is a fine grey line between messing around with friends and RDM. There will not be any new slappers added anymore.

Now on to your ban.. Because there were no sits called on you, I believe you were just messing around with friends with no intentions to commit RDM.

I will make a recommendation to Cobaselic (the banning staff member) to reduce your ban but I think you made a very dumb choice slapping a staff member nonetheless.

I'm all for a reduction, but like others have stated prior, you shouldn't be slapping people for no reason in the first place. Even if you do heal then, not very many (or even any of them if I'm reading this correctly) consented to being slapped to the ceiling and taking 40 points of fall damage. Especially when you're using the smallest model on the server to avoid getting killed in retaliation. You should be more careful and considerate of these other people, too. While you might be having fun, one random's day night be ruined by an accidental slapper kill and he gets off out of frustration, or somebody takes an insane amount of damage and is killed by other means.
