Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : well i was rping as hitler yesterday and i was on my nazi podium but people kept killing me you know so i wanted an extra line of defense. i put up a door but you could still get in through the not tall roof. you can see whatever was inside my base and my guards decided to put the gold printer inside. Original dude told me my base was unraidable and i showed him itis so he raided me. I came back and although thats nlr i know i know, so i shot him and told him not to come back, he got claled in a sit, and i got called in. in the sit i explained this and Cunt McStubbins said if i dont wanna be shot i shouldnt be hitler. I spent time saying like i should be able ot be it its a skin on the server till cunt mcstubbins said we're done. Then i got an fban for nlr x2 with no warning or no jailing which isnt needed, but would be nice.

I do remember your base and the situation with the golden printer so I'll give out some inputs on the situation so admin can judge accordingly.

 

You were basing at the beach on the side of the street and if I recall I called a sit because you weren't playing as a hobo and you couldn't base there.

Your "guards" were minges and one of them got banned for 3 days by a sit I called. He stole the golden printer and you fdaed him when he was being attacked.

 

I only have the video of your "guard" being disruptive in a sit.

First off lets tackle some of the story you left out. With regards to the "if you dont want to get shot, dont be hitler" You were complaining people we're being mean to you because you were being hitler, posted with with swastikas and the like, I told you if you're being fucked with because you're trying to be literally hitler, maybe dont fucking do that. Secondly, You spent the better half of the sit arguing your base didn't count as a base, even though it was walled off, and contained a raidable entity. You got raided, and came back twice, hence the x2, and continued to argue it wasn't a base. After a good 10 minutes of this, I finally said "we're done" and banned you, because you clearly just wanted to argue, instead of listening to the complaintants side, and my rulings. Under our punishment guidelines, sectioned under nlr, listed here https://www.titsrp.com/showthread.php?tid=2055 it details that repeated NLR, especially in the case of a raid, carries a heavier weight. Since you decided to waste time bickering rather than own up to the fact you broke the rules, for your two offenses of NLR, you were banned for 3 days. A single violation more on that would have been a week. 

 

Denied
