Walter the Assaulter
As far as I am aware, you've historically never been able to just kill them. Like, even if they're running towards your area it's obvious they're gonna attack, but running away or just existing across the map is a no go. That was the case when the job was implemented and is still mentioned in the job description as mentioned above, but I'm not aware if the administration team has changed the ruling on that. As for the accusation of RDM, I feel like there may be a discrepancy on what the actual rule is because it doesn't mention it anywhere besides the sewer lord's job description. As far as I know we just count the individuals that commit the actual actions towards any punishments. For the accusation of harassment, I don't see why you would stalk a single person for the sole purpose of killing them and try to not call it that. Whether it's punishable or not, I'll leave up to whichever admin wants to save the day on this RDM ruling. The Herbalist
Okay, after review of the video and the chatlogs provided I have reached this conclusion: Player 'Soviet Joker' - STEAM_0:0:109700835 - will receive a written warning for 1 count of RDM. Player 'THIEF' - STEAM_0:0:175574525 - will receive a written warning for 1 count of RDM. Player 'Slothxxz' - STEAM_0:0:528479263 - will recieve a 1d suspension from the server for 2 counts of RDM. Player '^5KullyDud' - STEAMID Pending - will recieve a 7d suspension from the server for 3 counts of RDM. In relation to the charge of harassment, the court rules that a lack of evidence provided for this charge leaves us with no choice but to dismiss said charge. Accepted & Closed. Edit: For clarification, the Sewer Lord is NOT default KOS. He becomes KOS if he acts agressively, such as attacking you or charging at you. 1 Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/12614-report-for-mass-rdm/page/2/#findComment-85573 Share on other sites
