Why were you warned/banned?: Minge/Failbasing

 

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : Admin had no right to ban or warn me. Banned for bothering a player who wasn't in his base, real owner of the base (Bordii) had no problem with me and they even said "I can do whatever I want in here". So getting banned for minge when the person calling the admin had no reason or right to isn't fair.

 

 

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Big Ass, 2 day ban

I was literally just chilling, there were other people sitting where I was as well. At first I just went to chill there but Dragonball kept annoying me about "being in his building" so I kept telling him that its not his building in the first place and that the owner literally told me that I could do whatever I wanted. But Big Ass thought it was minge I guess.

You were clearly minging and I can name some pretty major points on what you were doing to bother and to harass him. You kept on messing with his builds by intentionally pissing him off. There was legit and empty corner near the other side of the door (If I'm not mistaken). There were other places you could of built. You could of claimed a base of yours to even build in. Even after when you were banned, Bordii kept on adding rules to the place since there were other problems and people kept messing with one another's base. 

For the evidence part, you took out the screenshots out of context. Even though bordii said that it didn't mean, I mean it did matter since she/he was clearly involved in this. That person just didn't want to be in trouble so that's why they opt'd out like that.

When you boxed yourself in the corner you didn't even have keypads and you kept on opening and closing the doors.

Ok 1. Those weren't my walls, those where the person in questions (dragonball's) walls, HE had no keypad.

 

 

And 2. I stopped building over his things after I got warned (Roughly 15-20 minutes before I got banned I think). And I think getting a warn for  is fair, but getting banned isn't, especially if it's not for good reason.

 

You seem to have taken things out of context as well. If you want proof those weren't my fading doors, here it is:

Okay my mistake on the fading doors. I still had a sit claiming you were still bothering him. When I did go back you two were pretty heated at each other. In the original first sit, I told you to stop messing with him and to not build inside his base. The statement that I previously said still applies on you just moving to another place in order to avoid another argument. This is a really sticky situation considering that the owner "Didn't care" but the person who called the sit on you did. You still did bother him even when I said to stop and you admitted to perhaps receiving a warn which insists you were in the wrong. Do you have the full video or a clip of when all of this happened? If you do, I would want to watch it and see the entire situation of your perspective.

Even if I was still putting props in his "base" the owner of the building said right to DragonBallzslayer that you can't claim an area, you can build anywhere so the fact that I was warned for minge in the first place should be null, let alone a ban. 

 

Unbelievable that Big Ass would ignore the owner of the base literally saying that nothing I was doing was wrong. If it HAD been DragonBallzslayer's base then I would have left.

Ok. That makes sense, though I don't think a ban is still the right thing to have happened, I don't remember getting put into a sit ever in the first place, I had just been kicked at first and then banned after. If I was in the wrong then I'm fine with that, but next time pull me in a sit. When you kicked me out of the server really that felt like it could've just been a verbal warning. Unless I'm fucking stupid and Minge is a kick, I can't remember.
