Why were you warned/banned?: RDM

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I honestly think it was a simple mistake on my part. The guy that made the sit had also JUST been warned for NLR. I was outside a kidnap base I had with a few others, with the player also outside, I attempt to kidnap them, but it doesn't kidnap them. They turn around, swing their knife, and then I kill them. Now, I had thought the knife hit me, so I shoot them. But somehow it didn't hit me. So it was basically just a simple mistake on my part really. 

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Crumpaloo warned me.

Yeah at first glance that part of the slogs had looked like a previous encounter and the way that guy described it you whiffed the bludgeon in a way where it didnt show on slogs, then killed him, but slogs here clearly show him doing damage with the shadow knife so looking back this was justified +1

Crump's response is a little confusing if you read it when i did. But in the end he is for remove the warn with the new damage log that surfaced of snapple being hit with the shadow knife. I will accept the appeal and remove the warn.
