weapon perm refund

i just came back from my 69 day break from titsrp, hopped on my cc, and apparently Northbears sweps have been removed. Im just wondering if there is a way for me to get a refund for the weapon named weapon_mauler, im pretty sure it was dual halo rifles.

If the owner doesn't have any money you will not be able to refund from them. Given the situation with North and the fact that he is perma banned, I removed the refund popup from his sweps (he has no monies anyways). Sorry about that but there is a disclaimer when you purchase something that let's you know this could happen *purchase wisely*.

I personally don't remember that notification when I bought perms. Why exactly are the items removed? Even if someone else wants to purchase that weapon to be added. Maybe keep the items until someone wants to purchase the rights to that weapon.

The reason why items are removed when players are banned or inactive is to conserve server space for new custom content. Saving them in the server until someone else wants them would not be the best option for server performance and load times. The notification says “this item may be removed if the owner goes inactive” in big red text when you buy perms.
