GoshImTrippin Posted July 10, 2019 Share Posted July 10, 2019 Your Steam Name: GoshImTrippin Your in-game name: GoshImTrippin Your SteamID: STEAM_1:1:53320308 Why were you warned/banned?: Mass rdm, despite literally not killing a single person Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : Its pretty self explanitory, i was banned for mass rdm but even the logs posted in the report on me dont show me having killed anyone, me holding a c4 with a grav gun isnt evidence, Akumi accepted my ban because he disllikes me pesonally, i will show what he pmed me on discord in an attempt to anger me, and he also did it in the public titsrp general discord. its pretty obvious that both the people in this case had personal bias involved, Akumi clearly had and still has bias against me, hamborger has always disliked me and has been told to stop harrassing me by multiple staff members, Akumi approved my ban before even actually letting anyone else read it or voice their opinions, he was basically literally the only one who said anything, Sewer didnt add anything to the discussion, I love that everyone is implying i have to prove my innocence instead of the other way around, i didnt rdm anyone and the fact akumi didnt let anyone else reply by accepting it without waiting is just more evidence of his bias Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Akumi for 7 days Evidence: https://imgur.com/a/q7qEcXr Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/11502-unban-appeal/ Share on other sites More sharing options...

However since there is no evidence that you did or didn't mass rdm I cannot make judgement until that evidence comes up. I do agree that the report was accepted pretty early though, and deserves more staff giving their word. 1 last thing: Akumi saying that to Gosh was in PMs so it shouldnt be used against akumi as it wasnt in the TitsRP discord or the actual server. Akumi Posted July 10, 2019 Share Posted July 10, 2019 Alright I will admit I was a little harsh in dms by poking fun but let me get a few things out of the way. 1. I try my best to keep bias out of the way as much as possible and I let myself take someones side a little bit, and I do apologize for that. 2. I posted your report in the staff chat waiting for someone to respond and the report was made 6 hours ago and I responded 3 hours later. I gave alot of time for other people to give their opinions on the matter and nobody came but me and sewer. 3. I was told by sewer to ban you for the usual 7 days. 4. Not related but you went on a fit of rage on the discord. Insulting everyone who spoke out against you. Im gonna leave this appeal for a little bit longer so I can get more opinions on this. Also as sewer said you never showed any evidence to prove yourself innocent or to back up your claims. Making it a one sided report. This seems more like an abuse appeal then a mass rdm appeal and there is no current evidence that you did or didn't do such things. Since sewer told akumi to issue the ban, I will have to go on faith that they were only following orders.
