Moist Chicken (2) Posted June 22, 2019 Share Posted June 22, 2019 Your Steam Name: Moist Chicken Your in-game name: Chicken McFaggot Your SteamID: Why were you warned/banned?: For "intentional" rdm Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : 1. the rdm was not intentional (i thought the person was kidnapping me but they where just part of the group) 2. the admin knew it wasnt intentional (abuse) He just wanted to ban me becuase he was salty over other matters that happened between us in rp. (bais) 3. excessive punishment (there is no way on any earth where an accidental rdm gets a ban. this should have been a warning at most) 4. admin refused to get another admin involved when asked too. 5. I am still under the belief that The Scoundrel is in fact the one who kidnapped me due to him saying it over mic when he did and i could have sworen that his name was on screen too. The admin claims i have been causing problems all day dispite the fact that this was my secound sit of the entire day. (check my warnings) It is clear that this admin had a bais for me and banned me because of this. This behaviour from a member of staff is unacceptable and I am very disapointed that this has happened. I am sorry that mic audio could not be uploaded becuase the guy admited to being in a party with people who where kidnapping me making it very clear that it wasn't intentional rdm. Akumi Posted June 22, 2019 Share Posted June 22, 2019 I'll agree I was a little bit too harsh with the punishment, but still you should be careful with who you are killing. Im gonna wait until someone else gives their opinion on the situation before I do something. As for the logs and me not getting someone else involved: all logs are the same for all staff members, and the reason I didnt get someone else in here was because I knew what I was doing and I didnt want to trouble any other staff members that were online Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

From what screen shots have to show , If you guys where having problems in the beginning and clearly akumi knew you guys had bad blood with eachother . He should have asked a other staff member to come and deal with the situation. Usually what I tell alot of staff that I train is to always teach first then punishment later. So if this was your first sit with him for rdm and you did rdm , but you where being respectful and was not being a cuck then a warn or verbal at most .
