Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Lean warned me Evidence: BEFORE SIT: I dont have any evidence of what happened, but i can say what happened in full with the player involved Piklas was the player who got an admin sit on me. He claimed i rdmed him because i adverted warn 3 times as gaben inside the PD. But the start of this whole situation happens earlier, he was previously in the Pd about a minute before this went down Mic Spamming (He was a hobo) and i asked him to leave (since he was mic spamming), so he left for about 30 seconds. I walked around the pd to close all the doors and lock them, and i heard his music while i was doing it. It started getting louder, and he was back inside the pd, so i asked him to leave again. And he didn't move or stop mic spamming. So i adverted a warn 3 times to get away, and he didn't leave the pd so i killed him. (He did stop playing music around the second advert, but since i already asked him to leave the pd, i knew he was going to come back and play music after i asked him to leave the premise) He then said why did you rdm me, and i told him i didnt. During sit: He lied claiming he was inside the pd the second time to buy a emergency phone, i checked the chat, and saw that his first time round inside the pd he had bought Health, and 2 emergency phones. So i called him out for lying, then he started insulting me, claiming i was retarded, autistic and etc. He then posted a video clip (15 seconds long) of him playing music, and me advert warning him although you couldn't hear me talk in the video at all. It video didn't show how he left (after i asked him to) then him coming back within 30 seconds. So the reason im asking the warn to be removed is because I dont think it was rdm, he started saying something about !motd and the advert warning thing saying "you cant kill someone looking at you ect ect" but it didn't state i couldn't ask him to leave the premise of the pd. (Also below is a taste of the sort of things he said) [VIP] White: that you're gonna say hateful things durring a sit? Lean Posted May 24, 2019 Share Posted May 24, 2019 Alright, so i always do what i see is necessary. I wasn't going to give out any punishment but i seen a video that piklas sent to me. In this video piklas typed in chat " its legal for me to be here" and then White warned him and on the 2nd warn piklas stopped his music. On the third warn he gave him no chance to get out and was immediatley shot. I gave him a warn because 1. he spammed his warn bind 2. he didnt give him time to get away 3. theres no law against people being in the pd. I dont think that the warn should be lifted. If white gave Piklas time to leave the pd then he wouldnt have gotten a warn, but the fact he abused the system into killing him isnt right. But i dont believe it was abusing the system, since i warned him before hand to leave, and then he came straight back to the PD, so i think in all fairness it wasn't rdm, due to the reason of me warning him 2 times over the same thing.
