Here's the story:

Me & 2-3 guys hanging out in a place and talking and suddenly I see a Cultist with a bludgeon out behind Akumi (one of the guys) I look over and hear a swing (it didn't hit anything) so I look back and I see the Cultist starts moving away from Akumi then I proceed to Kill him right after, The reason that I thought it was him was:

1. noone was around us at the time with a bludgeon out.

2. Akumi was kidnapped 20 seconds earlier so it's impossible for him to kidnap him so I assumed he tried to kidnap Akumi but instead was faced with the kidnap cooldown.

end.

 

I've seen a situation where a player got banned for constantly going behind people with a bludgeon and overall baiting them to commit RDM.

I didn't intentionally kill him just to ruin his day, but for all the circumstances it seemed to me that he attempted to kidnap a player which I proceeded to Kill him on site.

I just felt in the sit that the guy had intentionally stood behind Akumi for 2-5 seconds just to get a reaction out of the group, and I felt like he was baiting.

In the sit he claimed that he had not swung his bludgeon.

 

I just feel like I've been played on, I don't feel like I deserved it. :(

You admitted in the sit to not seeing the person hit but heard a swing and killed him because of him having a bludgeon out. Someone could have easily swung and put it away.

I'm pretty sure I told him that and he replied or you "yea yea, but no I didn't swing I didn't hit him"
