Like I played maybe 2 or 3 hrs idk in total. I had one warning for Rdm which was a misunderstanding so I have no idea why. Still I was unaware of the Nlr rule because a friend told me there was no Nlr rule. I thought I would get a warning since I had know knowledge of this. I was banned for 7 days for mass NLr and minge. Which I don't know how I at all minged. The moderator in question did not explain how I minged. I understood I broke NLr and understood the rule now that I was informed. Then to my surprise I was banned for 7 days? this seems very very excessive for a brand new player who was un aware of this rule. NLR exists and please use your best judgment to determine whether or not it is okay to return to a place after death. Most people don't care if you died to a hit at PD and come back. People will care if you died in a raid and come back. If you want to play it safe don't return to your place of death until the time is up, no one likes a sore loser. I was a swat officer patrolling the plaza area. This was due to the mass amounts of kidnapping and shots in this area. So I would return to this area and the reporter essentially batted me out by having a damn pk-47 out in the middle of the town. He also was one of the main kidnappers, him and his friends. I simply was patrolling this area and was getting gunned down. We were not raiding and this "Best judgment rule" really makes no sense. I wanted to patrol this area and I was getting gunned Rdmed but I just didn't want to be a prick and report it tbh. So I would simply patrol this area. I did leave it and come back quite a bit so I do not see how I rly broke this nlr rule? I was in wilhem's base and you kept coming inside and tried to kill us over and over again. People in the base even told you to stop coming back yet you've done it almost several times. TheJD Posted February 19, 2019 Author Share Posted February 19, 2019 Like I stated I was patrolling the area they kept coming in and out of the base with kidnap victims and class 2 automatics so I would chase them and this lead to the gunfights. Also if u were based and took the sit that seems like a bias to me. I did not know this was against the rules and still see it as not violating the rule. Also 7 days for my first offense? That seems extremely too high and when and how did I minge at all? Tass Posted February 19, 2019 Share Posted February 19, 2019 I don't exactly like any of the excuses of "My friend told me" because you still could have just looked at MOTD yourself and looked at the nlr rule itself. 7 days is a default ban for Mass anything except I think we changed it so mass for first offences was 3 days first instead of 7 days BUT that was a relatively new change so some people might of not remembered. Its not like I targeted them because ik them it was because they walked around w rifles and were going around kidnaping. Please take this time to read over the server rules again. I'm going to unban you.
