Why were you banned?: hitting 15 warns. I was warned for disrespect

Why should you be unbanned?: I was arguing with sewer in ooc about why being able to pm your friends when ur kidnapped is a stupid mechanic and i told him he was brainless and had negative iq for not seeing why it was stupid and also not understanding why he can use a civilian phone as i explained. I was brought to a sit after i made a similar statement to sewer saying he was a shit human being and was presumably warned for disrespect or something (I cannot know siince i was insta banned) I thought it maybe shouldve been a mute etc since thats usually what will happen but i guess he warns me. I wasn't gonna appeal but then I remembered what happened in my situation when Rigbe as staff was disrespecting me in a sit, calling me retarded etc not very dissimilar to what i said about sewer. In that situation nothing happened to rigbe and i was told to just take it. The exact quote from sugar was "I don't really see how being called retarded would trigger you Piklas. You have been playing on this server for a VERY long time and I have absolutely no DOUBT in my mind you have been called worse things."

I think its kinda stupid how thats the response when I am called a shit human and retarded but when I said the same thing, while it being wrong of me I admit it wasn't respectful. I am banned for 7 days for something a staff got off scot free with.

 

Also I want to I wanted to apologize to sewer for calling him those things privately but he has me blocked on discord. I definetly don't think that low of you but I was having a very bad day which made me easy to piss off and say some bad things, I apologize

That seems to me like constant banter/attacks directed towards a specific person. You said you had a bad day and you did apologize, but I feel like the warn was warranted and fair. I also feel that staff should lighten up on some things.

 

Perhaps if you had communicated privately with Sewer instead of OOC this would have ended differently. 

I don't really have a decision to give on this, I just wanted to add that some staff need to lighten up a bit and enjoy the game and arguments should never go down in OOC. 

You just make yourself an example of what not to do when you argue in OOC and get warned.
