(Their name and profile): Bunziix Reasons why you are reporting: False ban and abuse of his powers. (The story) I was sitting ontop of my base which has a door on the roof (Across PD) with my gang. He came up and was staring at us. He was near my base (Which has a loitering sign) so I warned him with my advert bind, After 3 warns I killed him. He took me to a sit and said that I "False warned him" so I started to be an asshole to him after he said he was going to warn me for "False warn" he then banned me for 2 days for "Toxic and false warn". Bunziix Posted November 27, 2018 Share Posted November 27, 2018 I Like how you try to twist the story to make you sound innocent. I was sitting on another roof top playing on my phone. I was up there for about 3 minutes. So in the end you warned an afk guy just to kill them. Then i tped you to a sit and u started calling me an "Autist" and telling me i did not know the rules. You should not be an uncontrollable asshole in a sit. I also did not just ban you after i told you u were going to be warned. At first i was just gonna give u a warn, then you started being toxic so i told you if you did not stop i will increase the punishment to a ban. So then about 20 seconds later you called me a "Retard Autist" and said i was "obviously dropped on my head as a child" after you said you said you can warn someone for "Literally any reason". I didnt call you anything bad in this report and I seem to not be given the same respect. Point one: How can I know that your AFK? Point Two: If your going AFK and dont want the chance of being killed go into spawn or make a base. Point Three: Do you have proof of you telling me that my warn would be turned into a ban after being "Toxic" because I never heard you say that. (I dont remember being rude to you till after you said you were going to false admin warn me Point Four: Im allowed to warn you because you were near my base as a cop and I wanted you to get away. There was indeed a sign up topside for loitering, and if he was afk, we weren't aware. Especially since he pretty quickly responded. Calling you an asshole is a fraction of how disrespectful you were on TitsRP. If someone is standing completly still for 3 minutes it is clear they are not rping. You are not forced to go into spawn when going afk. I simply sat on a roof and opened a couple snapchats. Did nothing to deserve to be warned. I was not a threat, i had no gun out and i was cp so i couldnt possibly be raiding. I know i told you if u keep being toxic you will be banned. I do not jump the gun on bans. I Jumped off my phone as soon as i saw i was getting shot and saw you had a gun out. I saw u had hit your bind so i assumed you were part of this fight. I was not ontop of your roof. The sign effected your base and your base only. Not the rooftop beside it. PD Raids do not start until they warrant. If i had warranted your base or i was ontop of your base it would be a different story. I was not a threat. Kryptonite Posted November 27, 2018 Share Posted November 27, 2018 Player Toxicity Vulgar language used constantly around other players should result in a warn - 1-day ban depending on continued offensesRepeat Offence in short time span (Continue After Warned) If continued after being told not to by staff a higher punishment will be given. This mainly applies to offenders who do something multiple times in one sitting.
