Cool down on bank aka !hiest no matter if the bank manager was changed per piklas who can raid infinitely amount of times with no cool down what so ever all that person needs is a new bank manager and he can raid every time constantly minging the bank. this should be added cause I witness every time a new bank manager was made he bee lined striaght towards their base. No guns for crabs can be enforced through code which is always better than writing out a rule, hoping people will follow it.

 

I think one thing to tidy up on is to remove all of the job names from the MOTD saying "this job is in this ruleset" because the description will say what ruleset it is in. That would drastically reduce the height of the motd and probably make it easier to understand

Description: With the new changelog this morning, bank is unraidable. My gang stood at the bank for 5 minutes 3 people with vault breaking crowbars hitting it and nothing ever came out

 

How to reproduce: Try raiding the bank
