If you have quick sell enabled, you will see a new box to the left. If you drag items out of your inventory to the left side of the inventory panel, that's quick sell. You can always turn it off if you want to free up this space.

Ahh yes, so if you leave a gang that has an increased bank / inventory slots, those slots become essentially "invisible" until you join another gang that has the perk or you buy additional slots on the Suga Shop. Your items are safe, it's just the slots are hidden. If this didn't answer your question, let us know.

If you had custom items on your CC and the owner of those items goes inactive, the slots are left empty. You can swap those slots with anything on the CC editor via the NPC near fountain.

This isn't always the case. The x64 branch is a development branch. That means changes are being pushed all the time for testing and that can break things. Try jumping over to the default branch and see if that resolves your issue.

Items that fall outside of the bounds of the world for any reason are removed automatically by the server to prevent crashing. I can't imagine why this would have happened under normal circumstances, I have never seen a entity fall through the floor unless it was physgunned into the floor and frozen. Make sure it didn't fall into a prop or something.

You are able to change your name on forums by clicking the drop-down menu next to your profile picture at the top right of the page & going to Account Settings. As for transferring data from one account to the other, you're really asking for a lot & we don't generally do that for players. I have never known of a situation where Sugar has transferred anything from a perma banned or alt account. You could certainly reach out to him directly in regards to the Support rank, but I can't help you with any of that.
