This is more a feedback thread than an announcement. I had an idea since my Evocity Update Lottery flopped with the money reset. This is going to be a lottery for a jackpot of an undecided amount ($10-$25 Million). I plan to have a system of 3 drawings, first for $100k on July 2nd, the second for $1 mil in July 3rd, and the Jackpot of $10-$25 mil. I hope that during the summer people will help me by basing with me, defending my base and, if you really trust me, donating money to the lottery. I plan to ask the good base builders for tips on building and making as much money as possible (as little as $26,100,000). This isn't a "don't raid me you assholes" thread, it's just wondering what you people think of this idea and giving you the procedure. Exploit: place purchased printers in pocket, server doesn't see them anymore, but more printers, place old printers. Repeat. Infinite printers. I'm a total idiot when it comes to server managing and the code for it, but aren't there checks in place to prevent this? For example, spawn a printer and the server logs it. Wouldn't putting it in the pocket just re-direct the printer's data from the world to the player's pocket data? It could almost be like the inventory we have now, but for entities. Again, this statement could be false, mostly false, or true.

Tell me something, is is legal in real life to just pull out a gun in the middle of the streets? Yes. No you can't...there's this little law called disturbing the peace... Thirty-one states allow the open carrying of a handgun without any license or permit, although in some cases the gun must be unloaded. Fifteen states require some form of license or permit in order to openly carry a handgun. It's pretty sad the Brit knows more about United States gun laws than US citizens. However, open/concealed carry means holstered, not drawn. If a gun is drawn in public, people will panic, and you CAN be charged with disturbing peace. Feel free to have it holstered, just don't draw it while walking to the store.

Some job suggestions. Feel free to add in your opinion or even edit a job that is suggested. First off, I want to make a Job Suggestion Template that I will use and you may use (or not use) too: Job Name: Ruleset: Description: Extra Weapons/Tools: Ok, here are the jobs: Job Name: Miner Ruleset: Civilian Description: The miner works long hours day and night to mine rocks and get minerals to sell so he can make profit and upgrade his pickaxe. Extra Weapons/Tools: Pickaxe Job Name: Spy Ruleset: No Category Description: You must follow the prerequisite to become a Spy: Already be a CP Job. As a Spy, you can select a CP model and after switching to the job, you will be prompted to input the name of a CP class. The Spy, while not a cop, is supposed to act like a cop in order to get close to the Mayor. Once with the Mayor, he can wait until a PD raid is underway. Once that is going, the Spy can assist and kill the Mayor OR help the players heist. If it's a jailbreak, the Spy can jailbreak anyone arrested. Extra Weapons/Tools: Any pistol, CP tools EXCEPT Auto Want and Arrest Baton. Job Name: Secret Police Ruleset: CP Description: You must follow the prerequisite to become a Secret Police: Already be a CP Job. After selecting the Secret Police job, you will be prompted to select a model from another job. Extra Weapons/Tools: Boombox Now some feature suggestions: Put up permanent law boards around the city and make use of the ones that are just props above tunnels. It would allow the Mayor to fortify the PD and create his laws in safety, away from RDMers. Laws stay after his death and CAN be enforced, which would encourage people to go Mayor and change laws for the good of the people. Also, a 5 minute grace period for the Mayor and PD to fortify the building and get himself situated. If possible, a system where the Mayor would always be needed. Think like the 1942RP Fuhrer system, where a Fuhrer is elected and once he dies, another must be elected. It would encourage more CP RP and make use of the new CP system. However, if possible to do, make the auto-elect system check player count. If there are 10 or less player, than auto-elect would not have people go for a vote and just have people use the system we have now. I may add more, but just think about this stuff.

With the whole Zuthar incident, I would like to bring up two additions: One to the MOTD and one to the Moderator Guidelines. These changes will institute a form of "No Mercy" Punishments for Mass RDM, and may include bans for anyone involved, no matter the roll. MOTD Change: WILLINGLY AND KNOWINGLY supplying weapons to a Mass RDMer and/or not reporting Mass RDM for any reason (e.g. He's my friend, he's a YouTuber) is a bannable offense with a ban time of 3 days. If you had a shop and sold guns to someone who Mass RDMed and had no prior knowledge of their intentions, that is ok due to the fact you did not know. Moderator Guidelines Change: Giving any person/persons special treatment when a ban should be the required punishment (e.g. He's a YouTuber, we need a little fun in this server so I'll let him off with a warn) is an offense worthy of a demotion and ban depending on severity of actions.

Today is May 18th. One year ago, May 18th, 2015, I discovered this server. I've seen many things since then. I've witnessed great staff come and go, total idiots get banned for their constant idiocy, server history unfold, and many other great things.\ Some thanks to give: I'd like to thank Sugar Tits for creating this amazing experience for us all. If it weren't for your constant work and dedication to keep the server running, I wouldn't be making this thread. All the staff. If I was never part of that team, I would have never met a lot of good friends on this server. Thanks to Makuta, Mr Whale, and Koala for bringing me entertainment with your idiocy and rage when you got called out. And most of all, thank you to the wonderful players who bring a new experience every day. Long Live TitsRP, and I'll see you on May 18th, 2017.

As you know from the chatbox, Shadoe and many other people took part in what I now like to call the "RIP Atlas Raid". These Screenshots are just some of what went on. One of the first C4 charges to go off. I had to take this one from a video. The aftermath of all the C4 that was put down (around 6 or 7). Shadoe sits on top of the fallen wall.

I want to go into video editing/reporting. And not like weather or simple news reporting, I mean overseas, international reporting. I might become a War Correspondent if I want to put myself into the action. If that fails or I realize I don't want to do that, I'll go to college for History Education with a minor in video editing.
