There's this thing called "school". Most of our staff ranges from ages 13-16, all ages that are REQUIRED by law to attend school. Not all of us are able to stay up until 2 am on a weekday because we need to stay focused and get nice grades for college. Oh you can stay up that late? Apply for staff. Then YOU can deal with that stuff for those people wanting to get sleep.

I second that it has lost its touch. I put in over 250+ hours into this server over the summer and went from a simple 500 hours on gmod to over 1000. Now it's lost it's touch. Plus, as an Admin I have do deal with all the plague worthy shit that goes down on this Deathmatch server. I used to love doing sits back over the summer. It made me feel like I was making a true difference in the server. Now it feels like I'm just cutting off one minge or mass rdmer and waiting for the next one to come. Evocity was a break for me. I had minimal RDM related sits and all the others were helping new players. I felt like I was making a real difference. Then we switched back and it feels like I'm only slowing down the powerhouse that is the troll. In 8 days I will have been playing on this server almost continuously for 10 months. On May 18th will mark one whole year I have spent here. I hope to stay for many more years to come. It just got a bit boring on downtown.

I've seen many people get fined so far, but it seems there's no general consensus on the fines. So here's my take on the fines: FINING RULES: 1. Don't fine for bullshit reasons (like walking in the road, littering, or even talking too much). 2. Only fine a person if you know they are doing illegal things. 3. Mass fining for no reason will be a 1 day ban-Permanent depending on severity. FINING CHART: Speeding: $1000 Erratic Driving: $3000 Illegal Parking: $1000 Blocking Building with Vehical: Impound and $2000 Driving with no license: $2000 Driving with people on top of Vehical: $2000 for start, $500 for every extra passenger on top of vehical. Carrying Firearm no License: $3000 Firearm out no license: $5000 Firearm out w/ license: Verbal Warning Attempted Murder: $10,000 Murder: $15,000 and Revocation of licenses Vehicular Manslaughter: $10,000 Printing (PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY ACTUALLY HAVE THEM): $5000 Growing Drugs (Make sure it's drugs and not olives): $4000 This will update later and become more organized, typing on a phone really sucks. Maybe it's the whole server that's just a "beta" of sorts with constant additions and removals. This is just a small phase in the journey of TitsRP.

Think of TitsRP as just a standalone game being developed by Rolling Over Cats Gaming, with Sugar K. Tits as the only developer. Now consider the update to Evocity is an Early Access model in the current state it's in. The only difference is its free and the developer actually cares about it and the players.

Guys, you have to realize Sugar made all of this HIMSELF. A lot of the addons like oil mining, weed growing, and package delivery were made by him. All the NPCs? Made by Sugar. The GUIs? Sugar. He is one man who did this. He isn't some machine who can code 20 things at one time AND complete complex math, he's a human like us. If you don't like these minor issues, fine. Tell him and let him get to it. What's changing about police? I've always dreamt of this server having a government play style like 1942RP. For example, require a mayor to be in office at all times. And when one dies, 5-8 people can enter to be the next mayor. Also, a certain class could be a driver that can request the mayor to spawn in a tank or APC for like 50-80k.

What's going to be the deal with levels and long time players? Will VIP players and staff have a higher level or will it just be a clean start?

Now, all of this seems good in theory, but think of the average 12 year old on Gmod. If they find these rules are in effect, they can and will abuse them. If you got raided and are super salty about it, you can D/C and say "oh my computer crashed sorry guys". Or even just say the parents are forcing you off just so the people don't get your printers.

He's never going to let anyone see what it is unless he records it and shows it. Sugar does what I wish a lot of game developers do. He's actually going to surprise us with stuff instead of "here's an early update version!". We could have like moon landings or chicken swarms or some crazy stuff in this update. Another suggestion: a police database that can be accessed through a police car or like a computer in PD that gives info on all players with drivers license and gun license as well as if they are wanted.

Back when SovietRP was still active, the cops there had a radio system that allowed them to communicate with each other from far away. With 33x being a larger map than the modified 1942RP map that Soviet used, I think one of these systems could benefit people who need to talk quickly without chat.
