Warn(s) Appeal

Now, it's your favorite kiddo raising the roof to 50 warns before WantedNearby. And that is exactly why I'm here. I want some of my list of 38 warns taken down. The reason is because lately I've been sincerely trying to change my influence on the server. Now, Walter and Booper, I'm pretty sure I know what you're going to say to this, as well as any other staff reading this. 'You shouldn't have to get your warns removed. If you don't want warns, don't GET warns.' I agree. But at the same time, with, even if I'm not a douche on the server (except the night I got the 38th (Sorry, Steam} and don't get banned every 20 online minutes, I still don't have a great reputation on the server. Unless I'm compared to Touk- sorry, drama. At any rate, the reason I bring that up, is because I honestly plan on becoming staff on this server at some date. I believe I have the mentality to do it, and the judgement as well. But, considering this isn't my application (wait a while - maybe someday), I'm gonna stop with that. Anyways, the reason Booper said this -  http://prntscr.com/l8mfjc - is because of my warn count. The main reason I didn't pay heed to my warns and start to learn darkRP's rules until May was because I felt like joining the server as Fantasma and mRDMing was the funniest shit on the planet, especially when the staff would crack up with me before I got the ban. Then, after four months of the same repetitive shit - in which I'd gotten about 20 warns and 7-ish bans, I started to see the server for what it was: an actual community. So, I started to clean up my act. I still didn't read the MOTD clearly enough to memorize, but rather tested the barriers - Isaac-the-Butcher-esque - until I'd find the points at which not to cross. Not the most refined technique, I'll freely admit, but my 15 year old twin set of neurons didn't give half a shit. S, in return, I earned myself a quick 15 warns even quicker than before - in three weeks. The started to slow as June rolled around, which gave me the idea to run for staff. The application would have made it, if not for me posting to Rigbe, drama, drama, drama. Then, more drama happened just as my act pulled around. A bunch of my friends got themselves banned, I quit, Grape demoted, etc. So, for 100 days on the dot, I took a nap from the server. When I came back, I was on a role. Good noodle. No warns for about a week, which was a record by far, considering I was playing 10 hours a day. Then, a big misunderstanding erupted. 

     I was in a sit with Walter, one called on me, and it's my first sit I wish to negate. I don't remember the exact situation at the point, but the gist of it was thus: My CC, as almost all do, has the Hitman option. I was in a naughty killer mood, so I go and bother a guy to hire a hit. He was building a mini base at fountain, and he called a hit on some other dude (some cop class) who was arresting another CC at fountain. I killed the cop, because he was my hit. Please understand that, Walt. I killed him for NO other reason. The CC dude got out of the cuffs and started screwing around at fountain. I stayed around for some reason, probably because I had nothing better at the time, and the original cop dude waddles over. With a gun out. Now, I took that as a threat in and of itself and whipped out my gun. I didn't shoot, but I backed up, keeping distance. Then the dude fired. So I killed him. If you read over this, he committed NLR and aRDM, right? If not, by all means, keep the warn. If SO, then the next bit is just stupid. The guy called a sit on me for RDM. Walter took it, and we went through the procedure. He had a mic, I'm poor as shit, so I tried to explain the best I could. The guy referred to the CC he was arresting as 'T1K's buddy', just because I killed him while the CC was being arrested. i thought that was the dumbest shit on the planet, but I tried to keep my cool. To make a long story short, the guy went back and forth, lightly changing his story to match his preferences, saying I shot him first, and that the CC was my friend. Even if I had shot first, it was a fat NLR - 30 seconds afterward - but in the end, because the sit kept going from two guys with mics to one without, we all ended up confused, me and dumb cop pissed as heck, Walter pressured and confused. In the end, I still got the warn for RDM, because Walt accused me of changing my story.

     My next warn after, I will not explain, due to an idiot report made by me on the staff member who warned me (MajorSteam), and there already being a fully drawn-out narration. Major himself told me to go make an appeal on it (http://prntscr.com/l8n0wh (first part is a tidbit of a conversation at the time}, so I believe it has earned it's place here and at least gotten me down to 37. 

     Now the warns I care the most about: my idiot warns. I do not ask for any forgiveness for warns placed between April and June, due to them being under my full conscious thought, whether they were dumb or not. The ones before were all when I wanted to join just to be a minge and RDM. They are the ones I wish with all my heart gone. I'm not the same kid that used to join to blast ragdolls around as Fantasma. I'm not the same kid who used to kill lawbreakers instead of arresting. I'm not an asshole anymore (usually). I'm just a kid who's spent over $100 on this incredible server and wants a chance to redeem himself.

     That's all I have to say. I really hope you take some of this into consideration. I'm trying to right my wrongs. Please, give me the chance.
