Why should you be unbanned?: I did not failRP, I do know the rules and Bunziix was angry after getting killed.

 

I was partied with my buddy Arch and we had a base with printers inside. Arch owned the doors and the props.

 

As I was exiting my base Bunziix rolls up around the corner as a cop and warrants my party member for "Bunziix has made Archasans wanted, reason: Printers!"[1]

 

I run back inside and Bunziix is mid battering ram our first fading door. I advert: "[VIP] [Advert] Doc Pickles: You attacked my group/gang member! Die Mottherfucker die!" & then kill him.[1]

 

Instantly I am sent out of the map into a sit. He angry tries to tell me on the mic that advert was not "good enough", that "it is not in the rules". I tell him he is in my party, I have entities inside of that base so I can defend my base. He denies it is allowed, that it isn't in the rules, and that it has to be locally done.

 

I called other admins in @ chat to get someone else to sit in because I know it is in the rules to defend your base with entities in it, that you can advert defend your party/group if under attack yet he denies it right up until I am gone and accuses me of not knowing rules.

i think he should be unbanned he have proof and i think the advert was good enough since bunziix was raiding our base. Do you have to advert to defend your own base? i dont think so right?

Bunziix::: That advert is not a thing. It used to be but it got removed because u could advert it across the map and then run over and kill the raider. Also if you adverted it everyone on the server has to look around and see if the advert was meant for them. You cannot defend your base with this advert u have to use local chat or voice chat. Originally i was not going to ban you. You were being very disrespectful and toxic from the beginning of the sit. I told you many times that it was not allowed and all you had to say was remarks like "Yes it is your dumb as fuck" or "Are you retarded. Obviously you dont know what you are talking about" You deserved this ban. Next time listen and dont be so toxic and you would have this problem.

I would like to make this known that you were EXTREMELY disrespectful towards him and I have dealt with you before aswell with the same hostility. This did not help your case I can assure you that. The advert was recently removed because of people hitting the advert while they were across the map and killing people for attacking their party member that they couldn't even see. It is now a rule that you have to say it in local chat or voice chat so they can see that you were both in the same party/vicinity and you killed/attacked his member.

That does not require me to advert.  My entities are inside, and it is my house that I am watching him battering ram. I can defend my base with my shit in it no matter if I /advert or not as I mentioned in the OP.

 

I got toxic after he was in the sit trying to tell me you can't defend your base over and over.  That is not merely subjective, that is objective and not even deserving of a sit let alone a ban.

To defend you base from the outside you HAVE to associate yourself with the RP Event taking place. You either have to use local chat or voice chat. Does not matter if u have printers in there or not. So if you do not ues local chat/voice it is FailRP.

So I went through the rules and came across a contradiction in them

Basically you could argue that adverting "You attacked my party member, die!" is still a thing

But you also cannot because it is not in the advert rules.

I would be ok for an unban because the rules are contradicting eachother and while the advert was removed, it still says in the rules you can do it.

So fix the rules a little bit

Also if he wasn't on the doors this also doesn't help his case.

I can see a warn for this but not a ban.

Since the rules were contradictory, you can be unbanned.

If you have an issue with a staff member, your recourse is to report them and I demote them. Fighting and being toxic will result in you getting in bigger trouble when it turns out you were incorrect.

 

Your behavior was not acceptable. Please don't let it happen again.
