Why should you be unbanned?: i was wrongfully banned the server crashed for me which was the second time it crashed for me and i didnt mass rdm i killed the guy who kidnapped me and left me on the street i tracked him down and tried killing him but him and his freind were bobbing and weaving arount and i tried to only kill gary the guy because he kidnapped me then after i walked out into the street he asked why i killed him in (OOC) then i was typing why i killed him and then the server crashed for me and i was joining back and i got banned while i was joining back

Hi MacaroniJones, there was a few reasons I ended up banning you for MRDM and LTAP.

First off, your defense is that you were going back to kill the two cultist that had originally kidnapped you which is already against the rules but I'll look past it.

In this picture you can see that no one has done any damage to you at all. No kidnapping tool or anything. So how were you kidnapped?

In the next photo, you can see that you killed 3 people all back to back. Which all 3 called sits on you for.

The LTAP was because as soon as I was going to bring you, you were offline. I waited 15 minutes for you to come back which you didn't. Which is why I added LTAP.

My POINT, mate, is the same. I was using those as examples. You don't shoot into groups (2 or more individuals) like a madman. If there's a likely chance you'll accidentally brain someone, DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE. And how is it MRDM if you only killed two (building holding three people in it me, gary the guy, and someone else I crossfired)? All in all, my opinion has not changed. Don't just kill a dude if he's near other people. Too great a risk.

I do not remember anything about killing cat9 also I tried to get back in the game but for serveral minutes it was saying it failed after 6 retries and it takes me like 25 minutes to get in the game because I don't have a very good computer

I have a literal potato PC with 15 fps on regular gMOD, and it takes me like 10 minutes to get in. As for everything in these quotes here, nothing was stated in your original appeal. If you ask me, you're changing the story. Either way, whether the dude 'jumped in front of gary' or not, it's still RDM. As for 'actually I never had an awp so I don't see how I killed cat9  with a weapon I didn't even have', I've never heard of the damage logs replying. that's probably because they don't. Detroit: Become Human isn't a reality yet, I think you're a bit of a fibber.

The server is acting somewhat weird and you saying you couldn't connect at the time because of the "6 retries" has happened to Keja and I assume a few other players as well, so that is counted off.

 

- I was told that you suicided when you were kidnapped, then you came back and killed your kidnapper (but the other players as well). You coming back to kill your kidnapper after you had already died is a nono.

 

PS: Your ban will not be reduced, like I said before, you shouldn't have even came back to the area of the kidnapper since you suicided and your RP there is OVER. You should have done something else, not go back to the kidnapper with the intentions to kill them. 

 

I am going to be declining this at this time, however the LTAP is indeed removed off of your ban reason.
