Ignored my side of the story, I stated, yes, I did switch jobs during a kidnapping, I didn't know I could, anyway. (He ignored my claim and stated I did not explain myself "Mal-Compliance" as he wrote in the ban. 2. As for the "Job Abuse" yes, I did do that, for like I said, Didn't know it could be done. Mistakes happen. 3. As for the "Staff disrespect" on the ban, I didn't call him by any names just stated he was a Trial-Mod and that he should listen to both sides before banning, after awhile (10-15 minutes) I got tired of the other player in the sit calling me names such as "Bitch" the Moderator did nothing about this and let this player verbally abuse me (Which the moderator himself called me a scumbag for breaking roleplay ) 4. If this report gets denied or accepted I sincerely hope you look into this moderator. Regardless of the outcome of this report I will no longer be playing on "TitsRp" for Staffing reasons. Thats where you’re in the wrong You Should have read motd when you first joined the server. If you can provide the evidence of the staff member being disrespectful to you that would be helpful. All I see here is you confessing to not knowing the rules and spending more time paying attention to the staff’s actions than your own. Are you trying to play the victim instead of owning up to your mistakes and saying sorry? Oh And you didn’t follow the format so consider this denied for now. He was previously involved in another situation in which could have been prevented if he read the MOTD. After the previous situation and a verbal warning, I would have hoped that it would be common sense not to switch jobs and destroy everything in the kidnappers base. The user began to become aggravated when I told him what he did wrong. I attempted to work with him as much as I could but he seemed deadset on telling me he was going to "switch servers" or report me. I issued a 1 day which is less than other staff would've given, this I guarantee. You persistently broke rules and lacked common sense. So yes, when you became disruptive, failed to read the MOTD despite a verbal warning, destroyed another player's entities directly after the sit, and after all this, were unwilling to cooperate in the sit, I banned you for 1 day. Like, maybe jetfire DID act poorly to you in the sit, but since you didn't give us anything here, what do you want us to do? I have read the MOTD, and as an honest mistake I did not know I could switch during a kidnapping, I am checking if the evidence for the Staff disrespect is Valid if it is, I'll have uploaded it. (It's a TGA file Extention) Sorry, I don't know how to make a proper screenshot. I don't know what you mean by evidence of the sit. You can check the Ban logs and look for Samus. It’s not okay what he did and how he Handle it. He will be talked to and addressed this is not the right way to handle a sit. I want to point out you are also at fault.
