A player with Constant banter to a staff member while they are trying to resolve their issue should result in a 6 hour - 3 day ban immediately

• Ex: Player will not let staff member solve the sit they called for because the player keeps calling them any derogatory term / talking over then 6 hour - 3 day ban depending on player attitude

Why should you be unbanned?: i was typing in chat yes, those screenshots were taken out of context, none of my speech targetted staff at any time. Big Heart can confirm I was not mad at him specifically I believe. Earlier post I specifically pointed out I was indeed minding my own business until I got mad in the sit I created myself. Why would I report myself to get myself in trouble and banned? That makes no sense to me. Why 3 days? it should of been 6 hours for first offense of this nature no? I've been banned for a week and such and took it because I deserved it. I knew I broke the rules at those times. I don't feel like I deserve this at all since I was the one trying to report a rulebreaker, but I simply got mad during the sit at him because over voice chat he was making little of it (basically laughing in my face over the matter.)

Evidence: Big Heart should be able to confirm that I was completely fine and valid in my argument until Panzer was trying to push my buttons to set me off during the sit, unfortunately which he succeded in as seen in the screenshots  you posted previously. I'll take that. I know I was mad. But I don't feel like it warrants 3 days. 6 hours at best.  Cheers.

Anyway take care and cya later Walter, I honestly am not trying to cause problems at all, I'm just all type and not bite. When I respond in type it's just to get people off my back when I feel cornered but I rarely, if ever follow through with revenge and threats. oof just a personality flaw I suppose. honestly I was giving ample time to Big Heart to respond between interactions between him and the guy breaking the rules. I just type fast is all, also so it may of not seemed that way in a chat format. idk man

Harassing players is just as bad, if not worse than harassing staff.

How are the screen shots taken out of context if they are literally screen shots of things that you literally said to a real person?

I don't know what you believe, but I don't think that kind of behavior towards other players is appropriate. 

 

I am being told that nobody was "pushing your buttons," and that the mod in the sit had to gag you to stop from foaming at the mouth at this guy.

It sounds to me like you need a serious break.

If you believe a staff member did something wrong, your recourse is to report them on the forums. If a player is harassing you, your recourse is NOT to harass them in a sit but to either call a sit on them or report them on the forums. Posting multiple ban appeals is not allowed and you were informed of this before, when you were banned for posting multiple ban appeals.
