STEAM_0:1:168685954 https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198297637637/ Reasons why you are reporting: He kept Randomly arresting other cops, and was getting demoted. but when ever he was aloud to be a cop again he would do the same thing and target the other police and arrest them. He was demoted at least like 5 or 6 times and he kept turning back into a police and arresting other officers. I told him that it was against the rules and he didnt seem to care.
