Mass NLR FALSE BAN

What you told me ingame is they NLR'd, which I could not see in my logs and you did not want to present any evidence for, so you mass nlr'd in retaliation (which I COULD see in my logs) instead of calling a voteban or making a report on the forums. You then accused me of being biased and ignoring everyone else breaking NLR because I decided to have your sit first. 

 

You cannot break the rules just because you believe somebody else broke the rules. This has never been allowed. I'm not aware of any servers where this is allowed.

You have Broken NLR 3 Times which is Mass NLR, as the Logs you have presented show

you have no excuse what so ever on your act, Mass NLR doesn't accidentally happen and saying "false ban" that is incorrect, even if Walter looked over or didn't notice the others you still broke the Rules, 

 

 

 

 

i think this Appeal has no purpose other than saying "we all did the act, but i was the only one that got punished for it so it's a false punishment"

 

 

this Post is more suited to be a Report thread more than a ban appeal.

 

 

 

My argument is that I didn't break NLR, The second time I died to you was because you got involved and shot me while I was outside and had Karma Shooting at me.

Literally just a kid running around rdming me over and over after dying, then me getting a mass nlr ban. Took all your time to write this, but I'm still waiting on your video.

 

The rest of my deaths/kills were from self defense against Karma away from my base.

 

The fact that you wouldn't admit to the admin at that point in time the situation about what all ur friends were doing and are still persistent in trying to get me banned just speaks miles about how genuine a person you are, lol.

I have talked to Jacket and he claims you did return several times, coming as close to your base as to touch the door, and that you also attempted to snipe the raid from a distance.

 

Edit: Jacket claims to have a recording of you doing all this. We'll await his video and figure out the truth once and for all.

 

 

Jacket, do you have video evidence of this situation, as you claimed to have to Walter?

I'm still at that fountain and you can witness ur Nlring friend shooting at me and damaging me, which I then shoot back and kill my friend on accident.

Let me go ahead and quote myself 

"Karma opens fire on me (I WAS JUST STANDING AT THE FOUNTAIN WATCHING THESE TWO NLR) and so I shoot back at Karma"

 

Ur entire video proves everything I say, with the worst being me standing behind my base confronting Karma for breaking NLR, very incriminating evidence you got there pal.

What's sad is you even trying to get me to stay banned with ur bullshit mates clearly doing all the wrong.

I was at the fountain away from my base and he shot me, and by he I mean the guy who wasn't even meant to be there in the first place.

I didn't come any further, I just retaliated in defense. 

 

All our proof and stories are out there, no more trying to twist the narrative into something other than what you and your mingey mates have already set it out to be. 

Waiting on a staff member to review all of this and give their decision.

 

Also, you keep trying to push this "clearly" thing that I did which I didn't, this is just a very hard reach to ban me for mass nlr, what? I asked a dude breaking nlr why hes breaking nlr from outside and then after got shot by him all the way at the fountain so I retaliated? yeah some strong MASS NLR right there on my side, get a grip buddy. So much passion from one weird little dude trying to get me banned I hope you don't take such disingenuous traits into the real world.

 

My favorite part out of all of this was the dude getting mass nlred against by multiple people being dealt with so harshly whilst they all didn't even receive a slap on the wrist.

 - funny part was this was meant to be sarcasm

 

I don't like going back and forth with all this in-between so much because it might detour a staff member from my main points as to why I didn't even break MASS NLR which is the whole purpose of this post.

I'd appreciate whoever reviewing this to give me a slight bit of benefit of the doubt with this situation as I am a new player and don't have any solid personal connections with any staff or known players on here.

Other people breaking the rules doesn't mean you get to break the rules.

Saying something over and over again doesn't make it true. This reminds me of when someone said "false video evidence" because they didn't like what the video showed, because I'm seeing the same thing happen here.

I've looked towards several other senior staff members for advice, I am being told that this appeal should be denied.
