Keja and Karma both were Breaking Mass NLR, would I bet neither of them are banned? Yes.

Jacket1, Karma Kun and Keja raided me and my friend, I was outside the base at this point.

Keja kills my friend inside the base and I kill Keja, my other friend anonymous white then kills Karma Kun, So I witness those two die.

I then die to Jacket1 outside the base.

 

(this sets part for the mess that ensues after as you can see in the logs.)

 

So now Keja really was breaking NLR at this point as he comes back to my base, and so was Karma Kun. So I'm outside the base watching this as Karma is in there taking printers and destroying stuff and Keja is returning and killing my friend. Me witnessing Karma returning and breaking nlr, I sit behind him outside the base as he wondered in asking him "are you gonna nlr now?", Jacket1 kills me (I wouldn't fire at Jacket1 knowing he did fairly kill me before and I wasn't trying to get involved with him because I didn't want to NLR.) I go far away to the fountain and Karma opens fire on me and damages me (I WAS JUST STANDING AT THE FOUNTAIN WATCHING THESE TWO NLR) so I shoot back at Karma, This guy keeps coming at me and rdming me at this point we're not even near my base and my kills/deaths with him are all retaliations to being damaged by an rdming guy who's continuously breaking nlr, and then a sit happens and I'm banned 2 mins into the sit for 7 days without much conversation at all.

 

I've been playing for about a day and a half to two days now, don't have much money at all and as I shouldn't plead ignorance, I feel like maybe a lesser punishment could be considered, since this was all out of people (probably known players too with server experience) Nlring against me to take all my stuff. And from the few kills I did commit, they were on a kid who already had died about I don't even know how many times. I'm not sure if those two were even punished, wouldn't be very surprised if they weren't. I have a screenie of Keja and jacket both saying they recorded it so I hope he can owe up to his words and post the video.

 

TL;DR Got a massnlr ban for being repeatedly rdmed by a kid nlring against me away from my own base.

What you told me ingame is they NLR'd, which I could not see in my logs and you did not want to present any evidence for, so you mass nlr'd in retaliation (which I COULD see in my logs) instead of calling a voteban or making a report on the forums. You cannot break the rules just because you believe somebody else broke the rules. This has never been allowed. I'm not aware of any servers where this is allowed.

From your new story, it'd be understandable if they killed you at fountain instead of you running back to your base, but you didn't mention any of this. I would've been able to check the NLR logs to see where you died at. 

They would have been banned if you were able to produce any evidence in the sit instead of just saying it was okay for you to NLR because they did. 

I would love to handle these situations ingame instead of making them to go the forums, since I got off no evidence is available to me. 

 

 

I have talked to Jacket and he claims you did return several times, coming as close to your base as to touch the door, and that you also attempted to snipe the raid from a distance.

 

Edit: Jacket claims to have a recording of you doing all this. We'll await his video and figure out the truth once and for all.

This is some next level bullshit, we had about a two minute long sit with you not listening to anything I said, you didn't ask for any form of evidence, you even tell me you couldn't view logs?

 

I've been playing for two days and I get all that crap with not even a slight hope of an understanding conversation, with me posting all this evidence on forums, you come here to tell me I should have told you in-game? Come on man. I feel like I'm getting absolute minimal help with this situation and how it's unfolded, I just ask you to try and put yourself in my shoes.

 

And that snipe was the retaliation to Karma shooting me as I previously mentioned. Jacket said himself in the logs as you can see he recorded it, simply ask him to post the video.

 

I'm not mad at jacket because he didn't break any rules like the others, though I just feel you two are personal friends and didn't even give me an inch to defend myself after this situation.

 

Could I please have you consider reducing or even removing my ban? "bad minge" I'm the victim in this entire situation and a new player at that, I'd really appreciate some understanding.

Guy gets brought to a sit for mass NLR. "They nlr'd first so I went back," goes on the forums, "Actually I was killed at fountain, why can't you listen >:c" and complains when I say you should've told me this shit ingame.

Do you think I enjoy these kinds of situations? Do you think I really enjoy thinking I might have falsely banned an innocent dude? It's a fucking video game, do you think I like being stressed out over shit like this. I would unban you, but apparently someone has a recording of you legit mass NLRing that we're waiting on. It's entirely possible for a human to make a bad call once in a while, at least give me the chance to see if it was or not before ragging on me.

 

If you're innocent, you get unbanned, shitheads get banned, I publicly apologize for being wrong and try my best to make it up to you. It's happened before and it'll happen again. You may know you are right, but try to think of it from the dummy admin's point of view who comes on to 6 complaints at once

Meh, although you yourself could have approached the sit a lot better, I think that since you were the only one reporting the others, since Walter says he needed more evidence, he should have waited for your evidence before banning you. This seems to be the equivalent of a witness being shot the day before court.

I was already heated at those two, and the way Walter started off the sit I could tell where it was heading (me just being held guilty), which in hindsight wasn't the smartest move but just further agitated me into responding in such a way.

You have Broken NLR 3 Times which is Mass NLR, as the Logs you have presented show

you have no excuse what so ever on your act, Mass NLR doesn't accidentally happen and saying "false ban" that is incorrect, even if Walter looked over or didn't notice the others you still broke the Rules, 

 

 

 

 

i think this Appeal has no purpose other than saying "we all did the act, but i was the only one that got punished for it so it's a false punishment"
