Reasons why you are reporting: So, IsaacTheButcher had reported me for "Attempting to raid bank without advert", which is complete bullshit. What happened was, I entered the bank and went up to the investment screen to try to invest. I thought I could try to add in some more money after I had put in 100k, but it didn't work, so I decided to exit the bank. All of his doors were locked, so I could not exit the bank whatsoever. I decided to use a breaching charge to leave the bank and then Isaac had reported me. He made a pitty report, he just doesn't like me and is mad at me because I reported him for making adverts and anon messages to the server to RDM me and if they did, they'd get a 100k prize. I obviously did NOT try to raid his base, I was trying to exit it because he locked the doors. He locked them even though he knew I was inside his bank. So, Tass then warned me for "trying to raid bank without an advert", even though that's not what I was doing at all. Tass wasn't listening to me, and kept saying "did you use a breach charge", "do you admit to using a breach charge to escape" and all this bullshit. So, I am reporting Tass for falsely warning me. I have nothing against tass, and he is a decent mod, but I feel I was 100% wrongfully warned in this situation. Also, I'd like to have the warn that tass gave me removed due to it not being justified. Before these incidents happened, Isaac reported me for raiding bank without an advert and tass took the case. I didn't know I couldn't raid the bank without an advert because the bank is pretty new and I didn't know bank rules because I had just came back from vacation. At that time I did raid without an advert, but this happened like maybe 20 minutes before this new incident. In the new incident, I didn't try to raid or raid at all as you will see in the video. Tass Posted August 13, 2018 Share Posted August 13, 2018 You admitted to breaching charge a door which is RAIDING. You could have asked him to unlock the doors to let you out. You didn't even ask to be let out through PMs or legit anything. Your evidence even shows that you breaching charged the door which is RAIDING even without asking him first. The warn was completely unnecessary. You should take some time to watch the video, it's only 3 minutes and 20 seconds. Whether you're being harmful or not, trespassing someone else's house should be considered a raid." This is pulled directly from the MOTD. Touka didn't have the intent to invade, but I will leave this here. Edit: This is the raiding definition for home invasions, I realized this is the bank. Read closely, it says "before this incident happened", I got a verbal from tass at that time for ACTUALLY RAIDING without an advert. This incident I am reporting wasn't a raid.
