Why should you be unbanned?:this is actually complete bs, first off i wasnt raiding a base i fucking ran in and kidnapped the guy in there. i had issue with wifi cause fuck xfinity and got disconnect which i guess after an admin came and spoke with the fucker and he lied and claimed i raided.

So, first off, regarding the LTAP. I truly am sorry if it was a case of your internet connection messing up. I would have liked to have given you a sit in game (And if I had gotten the chance to do so, you most likely would have only gotten a warn). But the simple fact is, there is no way for me to know for certain that this wasn't you only LTAPing like most normal players do. I cannot budge on this instance.

 

Secondly, regarding the raiding part - I saw this player's base, he literally put the building sign in front of the door - you have to walk through the word "building" in large white letters to enter his base. So I will not accept that you did not know he was building. Regarding the raiding part, you entered his base, without his permission (IE - Trespassing) and then did damage (hitting him with your bludgeon) and kidnapped him. This was a very clear and blatant raid, under our Rules in the MOTD. Quote: Definition of Raiding: Having the intent to invade another person's home. Whether you're being harmful or not, trespassing someone else's house should be considered a raid.

 

In my opinion, your punishment is entirely justified under the server rules.

Actually, after re-watching that clip, you did in fact appear to get DCed. I'm dropping LTAP from your ban, and I'll talk with Walter about your ban, probably gonna get this one lifted.

Plutori and I have reviewed your footage and recognize that you did not leave to avoid any form of punishment.

Considering your willingness to listen to reason in your ban appeal (very rare these days), I am choosing to accept this appeal.

If it were something like you had a hit or a bounty on him and he left his door open, that would be one thing, but you made the conscious choice to initiate an RP situation with him by walking past his building sign and kidnap him inside his own base. While not strictly "raiding," by our current definition in the MOTD it is. 

 

I will be working with the staff team to ensure this rule is clearer in the future. I apologize for the misunderstanding, but I will not be placing any blame on Plutori since he had no way of knowing you had truly crashed, and he told me that he waited a few minutes for you to reconnect. THANK YOU for uploading evidence of your crash. You are a true gentleman.
