Why were you banned?:

I was banned for MNLR 

Why should you be unbanned?: I only have 5 warns and one is for NLR, none were active. I have read the motd numerous times, What I did was not wrong. My base was in the bank vault near fountain area. It was our third time getting raided in 10 minutes by the pd. The pd member that kept calling these raids was banned for MNLR at the same time I was. I never went back to my base this man (A pd smoke) kept hunting me down and killing me even if I was near pd while his buddies were raiding us over and over. he would just sit and sticky grenade me repeatedly. anyways after a while I got fed up and killed the 2 pd sitting outside my base who had repeatedly broken NLR when my friend kept killing them so i got banned for MNLR because I had also defended myself against the smoke.

And by then I was already in a sit. What im trying to say is I didnt really mean to hurt anyone and I never really did except this one person. I love this server and have been playing on it for a long time and when some toxic smoke comes around and starts mrdming and mnlring and you make a mistake and nlr him twice out of rage I dont think that deserves a five day ban seeing as how I had no active warns and It only affected 2 people and the pd got our printers WHILE IN THE SIT anyway

I think MNLR is fairly obvious. You die, you return to your base/whatever area you died initially, you die again, you return again, you die again, you return again. You can't realize that's NLR at that point?

 

Saying you were uncertain won't cut it with me, for the simple reason that you yourself said you read the MOTD thoroughly in your original post. If you were a new player who filed this report, I would be happy to show leniency, but you made it abundantly clear you are familiar with the rules.

HE WOULD KILL ME AT FOUNTAIN. I WENT TO GET ARMOUR AND HE TRIED TO KILL ME ON THE WAY TO THE PD. I KILLED HIM. thats not nlr thats being on the same half of the map as the raid.

First of all you are in the wrong to you broke server rules as such as the other guy the baning staff member was  easy on you 

 

Idk why people think that because someone else is breaking the rules you can go and break rules to

Stop them or harm them.

 

No show you have read motd you say you have been around for a while and love this server but broke rules

 

Learn from this mistake and move on I’m going to contact the banning staff member and see his final offer and what to do here.
