I'm sad I have to make this, mods on DarkRP servers rarely listen.

Note A: He can't make a forums account.

Note B: At the time of writing this, I am in a discord call with him.

                 Now, onto the actual appeal.

Why were you banned?: MassRDM

Why should you be unbanned?: "At no point did I MassRDM. If I am correct, one of the kidnapper rules is that if someone sees you kidnapping, you are KOS. When I saw the 2 people (a cultist and an alien) kidnapping others, I did what the server rules said I could do and killed them. Then I get teleported to a sit, ganged up on by the 2 kidnappers claiming they were "chilling" and since it was a two against one story, I was banned.." -Lantern

Evidence: None at the time.. But if you ask me, I can back it up because I saw him kill the kidnappers kidnapping, which is not against the rules.

If it was only 2 players you shouldn't have gotten a week ban as mass rdm is 3+ players

He killed them a lot of times

 

 

Basically what was going on from the sit is that they were sitting there doing nothing and he was shooting them for no reason. He never said anything IN THE SIT about seeing them kidnap so this is new to me.

That's interesting as I'd assume you'd try to not be banned asap, maybe they read the motd after the ban, but taking the time stamps into consideration and he may have been backing somebody up, but I don't know all of the details so this could be mass nlr even.

Just from logs and what was actually told in the sit it looked like he just wouldnt stop killing them and nothing was said about he seeing them kidnap which makes it fine. I mean I'm fine with unbanning him.

 

 

I also didnt ban right away I waited for a while as looking at logs and letting people talk.
