Why should you be unbanned?: Because, as explained in modsit I didn't know it was against the rules, I accidentally did it the first time, and after that I didn't use it to attack, destroy, or do anything of negative impact. I feel a warning should have happened for a VIP and fairly regular player with no record. Who banned you? Sammah. Evidence: I have no evidence because I did not expect to get banned or in trouble for an accident and some jokes. samma Posted July 15, 2018 Share Posted July 15, 2018 I personally spectated you and watched you attempt to exploit into the PD for a full minute before I even brought you to the sit. If you are a fairly regular player, you should know that exploiting the prop swep to get into places is not allowed. I only banned you for a week, firstly giving you the chance to explain your side of the story. It would've been up to a month, because, as you yourself confirmed, you'd already done it a couple times before that. The mayor was clearly not okay with what you were doing as he himself tried to get you out and even told you to get out multiple times, and again, he reported you twice. Maybe the joke wasn't making him laugh. MOTD: DO report bugs / exploits! Using them to your own advantage and not reporting them will have you banned If you are willing to go onto the report and claim that you are a regular player, you should also be ready to back up the fact that you use your knowledge as a regular player to follow the rules you see every time you log in. Being a regular player and a VIP does not exempt you from the rules and does not get you out of being banned for exploiting. I would suggest that you take your week to go over the rules so when you come back you don't leave any of them out. Especially one of the rules which is on the very first page, and in the very first block. However, It just annoys me that people can get away with a warning for rule breaking that actually negatively effects other players. (example: Like when that exact mayor is pressing a hot key instead of entering the code for his base, and when people break nlr/rdm all the time) I know however that I am shouting at a wall. I will wait my ban time, although from now on I am gonna be a stickler for the rules.
