The evidence that the player provided depicts me glitching through a wall into a raid immediately after all of the printers are destroyed. I was an unarmed citizen, and I had no intent of disrupting the raid in any fashion. In the gif, I turned towards the player and said "Oh shit, what have I got myself into" and left immediately. As for my reasoning for glitching through the wall in the first place, it was pretty late in the night and I was just doing dumb shit to get some laughs from people. A little bit after the wall glitching debacle, I began riding through the streets in a wheelchair with a voice changer on, claiming I was the eldritch deity Shub Niggurath (from the Cthulu Mythos). While I believe I'm not exactly innocent for my actions, it was all done in good fun. As soon as I realized I was interrupting his raid, I left the scene to avoid causing further disruption. After reviewing what happened from another player's perspective, I now realize that my judgment was painfully off. I was just looking for a little fun late in the night, and that is definitely no excuse to break the rules. TL;DL While looking for ways to get some laughs out of people, I broke the rules and exploited directly into an active raid. I had no malicious intent in what I was doing. Of course, I'm not exactly innocent for my actions, but I still urge the admins to re-evaluate their decision to ban me for 5 days. Who banned you? I can appreciate wanting to goof off and have fun, that's literally the entire point of this game and server. I can also appreciate the fact that you went through the effort to apologize and made this appeal, it makes you look sincere. However, exploiting is a serious matter, and should be dealt with severely. You were an unarmed citizen, but if a raid was not going on, would you have stolen out of that guy's printers? Would you have done something else, like destroyed drug tilling plots? I don't know, and I have no way to know, I only have your word. How do I know that if you got away with it in this scenario you would not have later tried to raid using these tactics? Furthermore, I have to think about others who see this appeal. Do I want to set the precedent that if you exploit and get caught, but no one can prove you were going to steal or otherwise impact roleplay, you'll only get a slap on the wrist? I believe the punishment is appropriate. It's not a perma or anything, it's a mid-tier punishment, you'll be back in a few days. These are all very good points that I didn't consider prior creating the appeal.
