So i own a gun shop near pd jolly was rading someone next to me not raiding me was raiding someone else i go to check it out i die i go into my gun shop which is not connected or related to the person he was raiding. he kills me so i call for a demote for RDM because he was not simply raiding me and i was not breaking nlr and going into the other persons base i was simply trying to sell weapons in my shop( which is the base he was not raiding) and jolly just sits there and kills me so i called for a demote because it was rdm he was raiding 2 bases at once jolly also disrepected me in the sit and called me names i would like a unban or a warning please. i was called into one sit all day and i was following rules properly. i was not thorougly listened in this sit and if theres something i am not understaning please let me know please and thank you Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/8540-questionable-ban/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
1-800-Suicide Posted May 25, 2018 Share Posted May 25, 2018 Not saying this isn't valid but considering this is the 2nd time you get banned for nlr in 2 days i think you should go over the examples of nlr in the rules so you won't get into sits for those kinds of things even. When you failed, you started a demote. This is what you admitted to in the sit and what logs reflected, yet your appeal appears to have a slightly different set of events. And we established in the sit he was raiding your gun shop, quote, "he killed me while raiding and that's fine" In addition, either way, he was raiding your base so it's not "rdm in my base without raiding." We have a rule against demoting for non-RP reasons such as RDM which you also violated. I will lock this thread and wait for another administrator/head administrator/owner to decide on it. Please be more careful in the future, I look forward to you returning and having a good time. Having evidence like a video in the future or possibly bringing the appeal to jollys attention if possible too so he could give input. Unfortunately though this will be denied.
