Reasons why you are reporting: I left spawn heading towards beach and to the right of the street was Vexxy, whom was just typing in chat with another player. So i kidnap vexxy, dragging him to a place to hold him in, and he kicks me, claiming to have been in a sit with a mass RDMer. This is obviously not good behavior for a senior moderator, considering these things:

as stated below it was not obvious that he was in a sit, otherwise i would not have kidnapped him.

 

1) It was not obvious at all that vexxy was in a sit. He was simply standing in the street, talking to a user, when I kidnapped him. No jails were present to depict a sit was happening.

 

2) if He didn't want to be kidnapped, it would've been alot easier to just noclip to the roof of the building he was in front of and simply bring the other player.

 

 

 

3) Instead of kicking me when I clearly did nothing wrong, he could've simply respawned himself and avoided any type of non-acceptable behavior like kicking me from the server.He could've even waited for him to wake up after being knocked out, and just notify me that he was in a sit and no harm would've been done. because of this, i lost 30 mini printers and asked him for compensation. He just says im salty and he will not compensate.

 

 

i know my report probably won't matter, considering he's a staff member and all the fellow staff members are likely to rule in favor, cause somehow im the bad guy here.

he was just a citizen. standing in the road. no obvious implications of a sit scenario going on

He shouldn't have done the sit in the street in the first place and he also shouldn't have handled it this way.

Would like to mention I was freezing someone who was massing, I already had my admin stick out and just froze him

 

 

Lets see should I just move to a proper position and then just jailtp him or stop him then before he could go and do the same to someone else while I was busy teleporting and typing his name.. :thinking:

 

When I was going up to him to question him about what the fuck he was doing oringe walked up behind and knocked me out

 

I said in chat I was dealing with a sit, He still proceeded to drop me in a room and lock the door.

I'd like to mention i didnt see any usage of an admin stick or freezing in the chat. I only saw him standing there typing so i kidnapped

There is no Freeze log in chat when using the admin stick

!sit !jailtp takes less than 10 seconds

 

Also admin stick doesn't show as a stick for others it just looks like you're holding nothing.

 

If it wasn't clearly a sit I think it's understandable that something like that can happen.

 

If he did lock vexxy in a room after vexxy telling him he was in a sit that isn't good. Seems like there is a conflicting story tho that the reporting player said vexxy could have told him about it.  

 

"I am not required to do anything in regards for prepping a sit." There are consequences for doing a lazy job such as taking the risk of being kidnapped, bounty hunter kills etc. And I don't think it's right to blame someone who didn't know for not knowing.

 

I don't think the reporting players decision to have a whole argument in ooc was good.

How I do sits on the street in this situation (ideally) is I physgun the bad boi, point them up and away from people, and hit my jail bind. Then I noclip next to the cage so that it's obvious what's going on. It's not always exactly like this, but it follows the basic format of the player being jailed and me hovering next to the cage, at least above the ground if I just type their name to jail them. Then if I still get attacked, I jail that person as well and they get to be part of the sit. When the main subject(s) is dealt with, I deal with the kidnapper or etc and if it was a mistake I just let them go after the sit, as they have now had more time to analyze the situation and realize what happened, leaving nothing really to be said. And of course if it's intentional, they get their own punishment for being an dumb.

i don't know what kind of punishments are issued out about these kinds of things, peanut butter. I was sort of hoping you guys told me... Vexxy might've just made a mistake, but it goes to show that in the future professionalism as a senior moderator may not be given.

I also agree with Piklas about my actions, of having an argument in ooc. I was asked to stop arguing in ooc and i did.
