Why were you banned?: Banned for MRDM / Self-Defense when leaving spawn

Why should you be unbanned?: Because it's a silly ban. Basically this is how everything goes - I get camped in spawn after defending myself from a guy who was attempting to steal a chemical barrel, most of the time walk out and never start attacking, but get sniped as soon as I leave spawn, as well as many other players. Go into Master Thief in order to get by, they continue to kill me, so I say fuggit, and start shooting back. Vexxy picks up after the fact and only jails myself and one other individual because he got hit in the crossfire while swerving in and out of everyone. I'm sitting there and comment on the fact that it'd be a good idea to ya' know.. Look into why we were coming out of spawn shooting, and he brings up one person. This guy complains that I attempted to kill him for nothing. I remind him that him and his buddy have both been stealing my weapons from an enchantment table that I was working on.

 

So, all the while the guy demands to have his witnesses called up. Okay. Well it also turns out that said witnesses are from his clan, one of which only became active in the situation after the fact, and started shooting for... Reasons? I honestly don't care. Basically, the story ends with me getting banned before even being able to voice my own complaints, while waiting to even do so.

 

None of the people who were actively shooting individuals leaving spawn were actually dealt any form of punishment as can be seen by the bans. The guy who infact was sniping people as they left spawn from the beach stairs, was never banned/punished. In fact, as far as I can understand, the only reason Vexxy got involved in this whole affair was because he got crossfired while leaving spawn. Which seems kinda bias to me overall, but I'm not bitchin'.

 

Honestly, I just want to be unbanned because the whole ban seems kinda dogshit.

So they continued to kill you and you decided it would be best to take it into your own hands instead of reporting it to staff? Which eventually lead you to kill vexxy and making it seem bad on your end.

So.. If you were defending yourself, Why were you just shooting at people outside of spawn instead of calling staff like a "good boy" 

 

If you were really defending yourself after having stuff stolen then congrats stop doing things in public to have things stolen.

 

Unless Evidence comes out that you didn't Just decide to keep shooting them and attempted to call staff. Im Not Going to Unban Or Reduce Said Ban.

So let me get this straight trying not to laugh her vexxy who has taken a good amount of my sits before believed a witness when witnesses unless witnesses give video proof of what went are not valid and you didn't make a sit while being repeatedly targeted and rdm but decided to go postal right out of spawn in retaliation while hitting other players who weren't involved and then expect to be unbanned. Am I correct at what your saying cause to me it's your own fault that you didn't call for a sit or idk there's this magical place on the forums called report player, I heard it does wonders for your health anyways now that I brought my shining common sense I'll see what happens next
