What do you mean? Am I being treated more "special"? No, each case is different but I apply the same set of standards to everyone. I will wait a bit longer to see if there are any more responses, but it seems you have a good amount of support so far. However, to avoid confusion about my decision, I should explain the jist of what happened first. OP was playing as a Pissed Baby every time I saw them and they were hitting my car with a crowbar. I didn't care that much the first time or 2 but after they kept doing it I jailed them and asked them to stop and they agreed. However, it happened a couple more times, and I tried to keep my patience, but the last time it happened they killed me and around 5-7 other people. However, nobody reported it and it was therefore really just between me and them. Now they still attacked/killed me ALONE enough times to charge them for Mass RDM, but since no one else pressed charges and they have spent a couple days banned, confessed, apologized, and been patient, I have decided to reduce the charge to a single RDM for the time it actually killed me. They will spend one more day banned to make 3 days (more or less), and then they can come back. They were also cooperative in the sit and waited for punishment despite being ready to get offline anyway. All of this mature behavior is VERY refreshing in a community that can be so toxic, and I don't think they meant any real harm by it. Happy Birthday, It seems like you had a fun one. Make sure to read the rules and behave when you return, and DON'T attack anyone (or their vehicles) without a valid reason. If you want to destroy a car that's empty and has no one near it, that's fine, but if anyone is in, on, or near it, well, you know what will happen now. So doing it on Main Street, probably not the best idea. Thanks again for being a good sport though. Ban is REDUCED to 3 days, down from 7. ACCEPTED.
