Reasons why you are reporting: List your story/anecdote/storypiece here. ok so basically i log on and then i walk into a public base owned by penis kun then rigbe walks in there and tells me to leave then warns me in adverts and then kills me

i come back tlater and buy the doors to the house nextdoor. after i bought the doors i made my base and put a boombox down

i started playing ear rape 

rigbe noclips into my base and then removes the boombox and tells me this is a warning and that he was gonna ban me if i did it again

i told him i wasnt doing anything wrong i was being annoyying but i wasnt breaking any rules

i kindly asked him to show me a quote of the motd rule or a quote from another staff member that said that what i was doing was wrong

to this he responded  "you are dense"

i walk into his base a few more times just to get gunned down in his public base. 

then he proceedes to call me a cunt multiple times and keeps being extremely rude

not sure if he was allowed to noclip in there like that and remove my box but i really think that it is a really bad reflection on the staff team when you have a mod being extremely mad and toxic and salty for no reason at all

calling players cunts and saying that they are dense isnt a really good way to keep players coming back to the server

the only rude thing i said was after he said that he was gonna ban me and after he called me dense i said

" rigbe is it that time of the month?" that is the only semi rude thing i said to him the entire time

Evidence: Post videos, screenshots, anything that can help. Numerous screenshots help, a decently lengthed video of the person you're reporting in action helps too. If you don't have any evidence, tough luck.

after i posted this i sent rigbe a pm letting him know that it was up so he could post a comment on it

immidiatly after he teleports me to a sit

he had raided me before and i ran back and went in because i saw that he was out of the base and left

after i got teleported to admin land i got banned for fda and nlr

it was not nlr as nobody was in the base when i went back and they werent in the area

it technically wasnt fda because they jumped over the fading door so they didnt even use it

im at my friends house on his pc and he has a bunch of recording binds on the num pad and thats what i use for fading doors

so i set the fading door to 1 so i could keep track of the fading doors and the order throughout the base

so i guess that was fda 

but when he brought me to the sit he sounded like he was having a field day

he was WAYYYY to excited to ban me and immidiatly jumped on the oppertunity

rigbe is a toxic mod that gets angry WAY to easily and needs to either control his anger or leave the staff team

Did seem weird that you got banned right after posting a report on him but it looks like you did fda considering what you said, idk tho.

 

Other than that Rigbe is known to have an explosive personality and let that affect how he staffs on the server, and a few reports have been posted because of it, one of which being me. I'm pretty sure that in one of the reports he stated that he wouldn't be toxic anymore and be moderately respectful to players or that he wouldn't be disrespectful atleast. Looks like this is a recurring thing tbh.

Flaming you have been warned time and time again to grow up and stop being such a minge. You consistently go out to aggravate people and cause drama instead of just playing the game. I kindly asked you to stop being a minge originally and you failed to comply I warned you what that would entail. You instead wanted to continue in an attempt to push and push to see how aggravated you could get people. Im not mad at you im dissapointed that you wont learn. I noclipped over after warning you to stop and your repsonse was? "Show me a rule that says I can't" well here:

Back to normal here, you know you were minging and you know you were being annoying. You try to cause problems and its time to put an end to it. You've been warned 36 times and banned several times. I have in the past been leniant and allowed you to return however this time I don't believe you deserve to return to our community. You were constantly toxic in responses to me asking you to quit, stating there is no rule to prevent you from being a minge and this is your general activities on our server. Nothing you provide is beneficial to our community. You fading door abused, stating that its a bind or something so I warned you for it. You continued to come back maybe not but 25 minutes later and did the same thing. Plenty of time to fix that bind huh? As well as breaking NLR which you have been warned for plenty by this point.

I sat there for 30 seconds before killing you after adverting and warning multiple times. I did that each time and you came back to bother us; you were not just killed randomly for walking into a public base. You broke NLR twice, coming back after i killed you. You should have changed your binds if fading doors were an issue. You were acting like a child as perusual with no intent to role play. I litteraly was just running a restaurant. You come in mic spamming earrape, we warn you to leave and you decide to base next to us and play earrape torwds our building. You make the server no fun to play on by acting like a complete idiot for god knows what reason, to piss people off? Its all you seem to care about honestly, is getting on peoples nerves especially Rigbes pushing him and pushing him so you can try to get him to say something stupid or do something stupid out of anger to get him demoted. Too bad immaturity is something that comes with age. Him calling you a cunt is out of pure aggervation as you earraped the shit out of us and kept coming back to be obnoxious for really no reason other than you just got off your ban. You were acting like a cunt, you cant expect someone not to say "stop acting like a cunt". Im not sure if you understand the meaning of "dense" but its litteraly thickheaded, not listening to anything from another persons perspective. Not sure how you interpret it, but he was basically saying you werent listening, and you wouldnt you just argued with him and kept spamming your earrape and litteraly having no intent to roleplay soley admitting all you want to do is piss people off. He was being nice at first and i did not want to get involved, as immature you were acting i refused to get into it. I will say though, spooky who even though i have had issues with, showed a more mature attitude. You could of done the same, sat down and acted your age instead of purposely being annoying to try to make another person angry. No matter how much you dislike Rigbe, which is quite obvious by the "rigbes an e-warrior" comment you left on your other post about him in a 3 day timespan, you should not go out of your way to annoy another player, mod or not.
