Mayors always make laws against going on second story of PD and such, I only killed Necromancer when he resurrected or tried to kill me (that's what I meant). No, I was talking about RDM outside of the Necromancer. Yes, I killed him after he spawned monsters. And once, he damaged me, the other, he just chased after me and tried to hit me with his staff. What I do remember is no mentions of NLR. I also was not recording myself at the time of your sit, which results in me not being able to provide evidence for you. Others were killed for KOS laws under current Mayor and Cultists/Necromancers doing their illegal KOS acts. KoS Laws are not allowed.
