I am actually very impressed that you recognized that you were in the wrong for acting the way you did. To be honest, that whole incident looks like a complete and utter shitshow. Sometimes we just have to ignore it and walk away. Just for the way you handled the appeal and apologized. I am going to give you a +1 for complete unban The player admitted to being the wrong. He recognizes what he did. He shows remorse for his anger. He gives what I see as a sincere apology. Player has the actual MOTIVE (something I have not seen for awhile) to CHANGE his actions. I've Given you personal advice to base somewhere else away from them and you continued to instigate and create situations for them to interact with you. You were given Several chances and you continued to be rude and disrespectful to users calling them terms such as "Traps" and with this you continuing to instigate drama with them and your lack of an attempt to avoid them (Especially when you based right in front of them Blaring music and calling them "Traps" and I've heard you state to other users "Unlike these traps behind us who keep blaring their music". I am not going to unban you as I dont think you learned your lesson if the cases of you also doing this in the past is true. Furthermore, Statements about Wanting to commit suicide are very serious irregardless of the nature of the server and even having a Russian roulette swep that inevitably does this. I Personally advice you to go seek help from a psychiatrist and/or a doctor if this is a reoccurring theme with your actions.
