HotDogKid Posted March 21, 2018 Share Posted March 21, 2018 Your Steam Name: HotDogusKidus Your ingame name:HotDogKid Your Steam Profile/SteamID: http://steamcommunity.com/id/HotDogusKidus/ Why were you banned?: I was sitting in my base and I saw this guy named DungeonLord127 farming chemical barrels and I thought it would be funny if I shot his chem barrel and destroy it, I didn't know that he was too close and he got hit by my bullet and I killed him on accident. I immediately started adverting that it was an accident and that I was sorry for accidentally killing him. Rubik who was right next to me then brought to him and jailed me and I tried explaining what had happened and why I killed him and that I was really sorry and that it was a complete accident. DungeonLord127 even was asking rubik if he could just let me go because he didn't care that I accidentally killed him but then rubik proceeds to tell me I mass rdmd then he banned me for 7 days for mass rdm and "lying in a sit" without giving me any context of that or letting me explain myself at all. Why should you be unbanned?: I didn't lie in the sit, I was telling the complete truth, even DungeonLord127 didn't care I killed him. I also never mass rdmd ever. After you approach us you tell me it was an accident which was a total lie because you RDM'd multiple people prior to this. Now you lie and say you adverted something? Show me in the logs here where you adverted anything. If you can explain the two prior deaths I will consider an appeal. Also do not lie to anyone, it is the ultimate form of disrespect. Don't say you didn't have a chance to explain yourself. I listened to exactly what you said, that you thought it was funny.. That you were just joking and it was an accident. I actually did advert, twice. And I will admit there were two prior kills before this but those were not rdm, I had a sign outside of my base saying loitering for 5 seconds is KOS, now as you could imagine, two people were outsider of my house loitering for more than 5 seconds, so I killed them. And just because you can see that you TPd to him and was in a sit with him in logs doesn't mean that I knew that at the moment, which doesn't even really matter. and it's not my fault the logs dont work sometimes don't tell me I'm lying when I know I'm not. I'm a loyal member of this server and community and play on this server every day when I have free time. This is the only server I play on DarkRp and pretty much the only reason I play gmod, I am not really sure why I would lie. Lying in the sit and now you lie in your ban appeal? Also because you think it's funny does not justify killing someone even if it's an accident. I was actually counting when both of them were outside of my base. HA Gotchyabitch was looking for my keypad to break in and when I killed them he came back and called an admin because he couldn't find a keypad so I knew he was trying to break in, even though I knew beforehand. I am not trigger happy, I do intend to RP, I follow all the rules, if I kill someone it's for a reason, I am familiar with the rules. EDIT: I didn't kill that guy because I thought it was funny, it was a complete accident. If I just blatantly rdm someone for no reason and on purpose, then don't you think I wouldn't be in here arguing and trying to justify myself?
