Why were you banned?: NLRx2 / Blackout Base / NOITRP / Voteban Abuse 

 

This is a reappeal for maybe a reduced ban or my ban to be voided. I've been banned for about 3 days already. I was banned for NLR x2 Which i have realized what I did exactly to break NLR. No Int. to RP I feel was incorrect because i had the full intent to the RP. The Voteban abuse I banned someone for 30 minutes for leaving my base and coming back twice breaking the raid timer. He left the base and came back in which means the raid was finished. I feel as if this was not abuse in any way as i banned the person for a justified reason, which just leaves the NLR.

 

I feel like NLR is not something to banned for a week for. I wanted to apologize to Billcat and the TitsRP staff for breaking NLR. If my ban could be reduced or voided, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm always looking to follow the rules, and what i did broke the rules and i can accept that. I have read over the rules in which i broke and understand them now. If any changes could be made i would appreciate it alot. Thank you.

I killed you. You came back and tried to kill me but I killed you again. I stole your money/printers and started to exit the base. I heard you outside and come out to see you gearing up/breaking nlr a second time. You then try to run past me into your base so I shoot you again. I then call raid over and leave. You proceed to voteban me for "breaking the raid timer." You were reported and banned. You made an appeal and it failed. The end.

So you left the base which means that was the end of the raid. You had no right to come back into my base and kill me again if you left. I'm fully aware that coming back to my base is breaking NLR which is what i said i have realized, in the post above. Also you have no say in whether or not my report is appealed or not and just because you're lying and dont want me to be appealed because i banned you for breaking the rules doesnt mean anything. I was banned for breaking NLR. I Shouldnt have been banned for banning you, for breaking the raid timer. Which you just literally said you did by exiting the base and killing me again. If you leave my base and i decide i want to gear up for whatever i want, i can do that because you left my base. I never shot you after you left my base, i never attempted to do anything to you besides reenter my base after you left. You opened the door again and shot me. Which is breaking the raid timer. I apologized for what I did and this is my appeal. A week ban for breaking NLR i felt was unfair. That is why im appealing again today. Almost 3 days later.

This is a quote directly from the moderator Rubrik. Although I exited your base I was not fully done with the raid as I had not called raid over or even left the immediate area. I took about 5 steps outside your base and saw you preparing to come back in and break nlr/try to kill me a 2nd time. Once you saw me you then began to run into your base and try to door minge/lock the front door shut. Because of this I killed you, and then and only then did I declare the raid over.

I heard somebody while I was beginning to wrap up the raid. I go outside and see you with a knockout swep, getting ready to go back in and kill me a second time.

I tried to stop you and you began to spam lock/spam the door in order to try to close it. I managed to shoot you before you could. I then left and ended the raid.

 

Nowhere did I end the raid, leave, and then come back to kill you. Although I was in the process of finishing up the raid I had not yet finished the raid, and this entire situation could have been avoided if you simply did not break NLR. You knew full well what you were doing and out of anger you came back twice in an attempt to kill me and save your items. Instead you were banned, and now you are attempting to lie your way out of the ban. Just serve your time and come back ready to follow every rule no matter the circumstance.
