I dont have any screenshots of him down the street lol. I shouldn't have to take screenshots of him. He broke the rules by coming back to my base multiple times and shooting me from behind when he already raided. I did the thing I should have done and that is Kick him for breaking raiding rules which i am allowed to do as a VIP when there is no staff on. I didn't realize id be banned for banning a rule breaker for 30 minutes. Meanwhile i break NLR, which i understand how i broke that now - and im banned for a week.

 

Still nobody has explained how I had no Intent to RP. And If he raided multiple times it should not be Vote Kick Abuse. I should have only been banned for a day, or warned for NLR.

Actually I did not "leave the base twice." The first time you came back I was still lockpicking into your base, as I was only past the first door. You came up behind me and shot me nearly to death, which is why I was almost dead in all the screenshots. After this I get to your printers, steal the money, and blow them up. I start to exit your base when I hear somebody walking around outside. I come out the door and I see you there, and after a brief exchange of me asking why you are breaking nlr, you try to run past me and relock the door. I kill you and leave, which is when you start the voteban.

 

You've lied about multiple things. For one I only exited your base once. As stated above the first time you broke nlr, you came back and tried to shoot me to death while I was lockpicking a fading door, which is why I'm nearly dead in every single screenshot. 

 

After I had gotten into your base fully and did what I wanted, I asked in ooc if you were done breaking nlr. You did not respond.

 

You never asked if I was done, in text or voice. When you came back the final time I asked you a second time, verbally, if you were done breaking nlr. EDIT: By the way, I wouldn't have stolen or broken your printers if you wouldn't have broke nlr. I planned to take the money in them and log off as I was tired. All of this, over 30k worth of printers.

If your only evidence to the claim he ran out of your base is a screen shot of him literally on your property with you geared up to attack him, I'm not seeing any reason to unban you in the face of actual, legitimate evidence that you violated the rules.
