Kidnapped some random at the mining area. Dragged him down to that underground area with water and rocks. While doing this I tried to buy the house but it was taken by someone. Kidnapping timers are like 30 seconds so he is going to wake up soon. Decided this guy is going to get a full clip of my m60.  Anyways I wait for him to wake up and turn him into hamburger meat.  10 minutes later got brought to a sit about it.  The admin said I rdm'd him, and that I needed to buy the doors first. Nowhere in the motd does this rule about kidnapping exist(3). I simply wanted to kidnap and murder someone but i guess that's warn able now. Admins cant enforce laws that don't exist

I'm not here to say you were wrong or the staff was right but as you know, you shouldn't knock people out unless you have a place to bring them to. Knocking someone out knowing you don't have a place to kidnap them imo is fail rp. If you knocked someone out just to kill them then I see that as rdm in addition to failrp. You interrupted their role play and didn't give them a chance to escape, be saved, or buy their freedom from you.

I was the one that he kidnapped. The guy knocked me out while I was mining, took me down into the sewer tunnel leading to the area with all the metal rocks and dropped me off. At no point during any of this was there a base, or any attempt at getting a base up in the area. He also did not own the door to the building down there either. As soon as I recovered I ran for the top and was met with him gunning me down with zero explanation, no box, basically what rubik said in his post. Quite frankly, it seems like you're just looking for any excuse to be a minge.

Yeah apparently this rule is removed

It's not really good RP and you're a meanie head, but you were not in the wrong. I have talked to Kryptonite to resolve this issue and steps will be taken to better inform the staff team of the not-so-recent changes to the MOTD.
