Rubik's situation is irrelevant here, and was already handled in his catastrophe of a report.

A base is a public place if the owner wants it to be, or is not if the owner doesn't want it to be. I will be updating the rules to make public bases more clear.

Trespassing is KOS and no current rule overrides this. A base owner may kill someone inside their base.

You can see into every area of the base. The only reason I will be lowering his ban is because the proportions of the base were changed when the map updated so I can see where he thought there was a back area, but I will not unban because ultimately it's his responsibility to use his eyes and see there's no keypads or fading doors of any sort, or to ask if he could gain access to any rooms. Especially if he was previously given access to the base and had the chance to look. He usually doesn't break the rules when he gets salty, he's an annoying nugget working within the rules.
