Ok he was raiding a base i come in and Counter raid it and says im friendly as a distraction and me and the person im raiding begin shooting each other. Now Cyka Mcblyeat Bring me and says. "Ok so why did you kos me" "i dident Kos you i was raiding him" "but you said you were helping him so thats rdm" "then i say It was an distrection check logs we began shooting each other" "Dosent check logs just says Ok so you atemted to rdm him and you rdmed me" "i keep on saying Its called an distrection Check logs you can see we shoot each other" "Dosent check logs Why are you lying to me" "and then bans me i want him demoted (or just something) and me unbanned cause he banned me for ///// Attempted RDM, RDM, and Lying to staff. ///// He just needede to check the logs to see we were fighting. Evidence: Post videos, screenshots, anything that can help. Numerous screenshots help, a decently lengthed video of the person you're reporting in action helps too. Calling a "distraction" isn't a thing. You said that you called a "counter" which means you're attempting to prevent the raid from happening. Two outcomes here are you are in a gang and or a party with the person being raided and the kill was justified and the ban is totally invalidyou are NOT in a party or gang with the person being raided and the kill is not valid and you totally RDM'd Cyka during a raid. Rubik Posted February 13, 2018 Share Posted February 13, 2018 You're right, you don't need to. That's not the issue, the issue is: were you defending someone in a gang or party? If you were then you should be unbanned because ban is invalid. If not, there's some further discussion as to why you were countering the raid. Well not really unless you're in the same party together or you have some affiliation with each other. The rules have changed a bit and it says: "DO NOT counter actions before getting involved". That means if you are not involved in this guy's base at all you should not have countered the raid. Maverick Posted February 14, 2018 Share Posted February 14, 2018 He isn't in the wrong from where I see it. Just because someone else is raiding a base doesn't you can't raid it. Kinda like a PD raid. If someone is already raiding and you call PD raid, you can kill them. I think the mod was more upset because he appeared to be friendly and stabbed him in the back.
