Ban Reason: Was defending PD during a revolt as juggernaut when I died. After seeing the mayor get killed and demoted, I returned to PD because I assumed the raiders would be finished, since they had succeeded in killing the mayor. Someone started shooting me, and I reflexively shot back, thus breaking NLR. The admin also listed LTAP, but I never left. I was initially banned for 1 minute, which was extended by another admin before I could rejoin the sever. 

 

Why I Should Be Unbanned: When I broke NLR, no admin ever brought me in for a sit. Instead of seeing if it was a genuine mistake, or offering a lighter punishment, I was instantly banned for 1 week. Not only is 1 week extreme, but it's really disappointing that I didn't even get a chance to defend myself. I've stayed committed to this RP server for a while, long enough to even get VIP. It's kinda sad that a common member like me didn't even get an admin-sit before a 1 week ban. On top of all this, me killing that player was completely accidental. I already had my minigun out, and reflexively shot back when he shot first.

Side Note: I just noticed that LTAP was included in the ban reason. It's completely unfair to say I left to avoid punishment, when I was instantly banned. (The ban was soon extended.) I was hoping I would get a sit so that I could explain myself.

Umbak was in the Mayor's office and saw you come back and kill a raider and I don't think the mayor died because we didn't even pass their props but whatever , you did NLR for the LTAP , I think I have an explanation , I kidnapped you after you killed one of the raiders (which I was also one) Then when you realized you broke NLR you didn't kill me and went to the window where someone was talking to you and then I kidnapped you , after this you got banned and umbak taught you LTAP because he didn't see the kidnapped body .

Damn if the mayor didn't even die I really goofed. Either way a full week for NLR is shit, especially considering I never even got a sit. That LTAP is pretty bs honestly

NLR + LTAP isnt that like a 3d ban not a 7? NLR is a warn and LTAP is a 3 to 4d ban... why are they banned for 7d?

LTAP adds 1 day to the original ban, just reduce his ban to a 3d, or less, idk

When I went to look at who the offender was (you), the logs showed you were Offline. I immediately assumed you left because you intentionally broke NLR (to seek revenge or something). Not sure if being kidnaps makes the logs think you're offline or you had already been kicked when I went to ban you.

 

I'll remove the ban, since it was only an NLR and you've already been banned for 12 hours.
