Admin Abuse on Rigbe

Reasons why you are reporting: so i was in game about to make a spot infront chemical hose, and as i am making my spot (I wasnt finished with it) Rigbe decided to NoClip out and say to me exuse me dumb ass and some other shit i wasnt listening to cuz what he said to me was rude and uncalled for. but not only was he disrespectful to me but he also didnt even try to deal with the situation he went ahead and kicked me even though i have removed the props that were "propblocking" even though I wasnt finished building he didnt even ask me to remove them respectfully he was just rude and didnt care about anything he abused his power to NoClip out and also he abused his power of kicking people and he kicked me from the game for something that was resolved even though he was disrespectful. now personally i feel as if the way he treated me is as if he expects us to bow down to him as he is the master.

I have seen Rigbe noclip around the PD and other areas including my base once (for no actual reason). He should know it is abuse and not to do that. I believe the man had a building sign up so I do not see how it becomes probblock if he is still building. Also, I feel as if a sit or just a little bit more time for everything to be straightened than just kicking somebody. I am not very fond of the profane language and rude entrance  either. Especially when on duty. Just curious, was this even reported or like how did you see this since you came in right as he put it up?

From what I see is you prop blocking his base. You shouldn't have started building there as a nonhobo otherwise it just seems mingey. But the disrespect was unnecessary so let's see what he has to say.

Obviously you could have better attitude but you were not given a chance to explain yourself before being kicked and I think that Rigbe definetly has a history of being unprofessional and not respectful in sits or in his words having a crude personality.

 

Noclip was warranted since he thought you were prop blocking (which you were) even tho maybe a spectate first would be better.

I was in my base and he was propblocking it so i came out and asked him why he was being a dumbass im sure there were words exchanged before this. When I get a sit and take it into flatgrass you'll only see me get hostile if you act like an idiot. Like if you report someone for something stupid and fight or argue with me. Expect if you act like a child you'll be treated like one. I do not noclip abuse ever, If I EVER noclip its to get somewhere to discuss a problem with someone not to use it for any advantage. I'd appreciate it if you didn't speculate on how I operate thinking its abuse when you clearly know nothing. Keep your opinions to yourself unless asked for it. That behaviour from both parties in this sit shouldn't take place in a sit. I don't care how Rigbe acts outside of doing staff duty but when you are in a sit trying to resolve an issue there is no reason to act like you are only there to insult people and Rigbe has a history of doing so, being a role model at the very least in a sit I would say is expected.

Instead of going right for the kick when the 15super says "what did you just call me?" there is !gag !mute if you want to explain why in a calm manor, how do you expect players to learn if they don't get to know what they did was wrong. For example in this situation you just tell him "you are prop blocking my door and you are not a hobo so you can't build here"

 

I have nothing more to add to the report other than to say I don't think it's acceptable and that the moderator guidelines seem to agree. At the same time the player was breaking a rule but didn't have time to explain themselves

Rigbe isn't exactly the friendliest staff member on the server, and I'm not trying to target him because of my history with him, and needless to say, there are some other staff members that aren't friendly. And like Piklas said above, the player didn't, "have time to explain themselves." Which I totally agree with due to the fact that I've been banned before without any chance to explain my side of the story, with other views (friends).

In my opinion it think the Noclip was justified because 1: you cant build in places that have a fuel pump and 2 : he blocked rigbes door. 

Rigbe shouldnt have kicked the player and he should have either gaged or muted the player. It seemed like Rigbe was frustrated at the time since his door was propblocked and the first thing he said was "hey dumbass"

rigbe should have acted accordingly instead of kicking the player because of the player saying "what did you call me?"
