I'd say about 5 minutes, do to the fact that I couldn't even hear myself talk due to 20 people being in my base resulting in me changing jobs and quitting. Not going to lie, I did have some smart comments to say. But the fact that Swave got banned for the protection of Panda's base is beyond crazy. Third of all, having a sit in the middle of the street with a bunch of players interrupting is something that should not have happened at all. You say that you jailed him right there to stop him from killing anymore people but, it could of been handled in a better way. And if you would've had an actual sit and heard ALL SIDES of the story(NOT WITH PLAYERS INTERRUPTING), we wouldn't even be having this problem right now. Considering that you are a TMOD, it is normal for you to make these mistakes and I am not bashing you at all. But, you managed to do what you wanted to do, instead of what you were trained to do. As a hired staff member, you should already know the fact that THE STAFF LAND exist for a REASON, and is also known as the SIT land. You should also know that you should hear both sides of the story before making a decision on whether or not you want to punish someone. And you being sarcastic to players, being unprofessional like you did in OOC chat, and not hearing out anyone's side of the story is a good way to get fired. Trust me, I would know. IF you want to refer to how I got fired, then go ahead. Sounds like to me that you were showing favoritism and bias towards these players that got killed. As for my opinion on whether or not Swave should be unbanned, I say +1 for being unbanned. Ghost Posted January 18, 2018 Share Posted January 18, 2018 not being biased but speaking truthfully ive known swave for a long time now and i know he had no intentions of mass RDM. i am +1 for unban and the reasoning is that IMO if he doesnt consider his own base public it shouldnt be based off what he has in there if you tresspass and he doesnt want you he had reason to kill. Dude, the bank wasn't even open to the public for ten minutes when he was bank manager. Once we opened the doors everyone flooded in and he realized his system didn't work so he quit the job and he removed all his shit and only left my props to stand which was by far enough for a base... He just had the props protecting the bank behind the props of his own. And the fact that you didn't even hear people raiding the bank is bullshit because I died by Piklas and watched them take over 1.5mil out...c'mon now. Piklas, however, wasn't the main one jacking it, some random heist leader did and I ran in late hence its my base in attempt to kick out the manager and started shooting realizing they were taking shit and while wondering why the heck the vault was back in my base... DJ Swave is banned for killing these people less than a minute after being jailtp'd into the middle of the street and given no chance to explain. Ban appeal accepted.
