Ex: Demoting a cop for not arresting someone without a firearm license - MOTD, https://titsrp.com/showthread.php?tid=4 Under what context do you believe it's okay to use fadmin commands to promote yourself to a job after being demoted from it for legitimate RP reasons (not having a bank as a bank manager)? Walter the Assaulter Posted January 15, 2018 Share Posted January 15, 2018 I've let the dust settle and read the comments. I have talked to Rubik personally. He has admitted to his mistakes and has agreed to be more careful in the future. I am placing him on "final warning" or "probation" before demotion. This doesn't mean he can be demoting for reading a log wrong and banning the wrong person, this means he will be demoted if he undermines our core values as staff members or intentionally violates the MOTD. This is due to the number of reports against him that may not have been accepted, but may not have been unfounded. This will entail a full demotion to user/VIP and will exclude application to staff for a period of time. I will be tolerant of mistakes admitted to and resolved. I will not be tolerant of any mistakes made from willful ignorance. As far as Doot goes, there's no helping him. I kept getting complaints from users even after the demote. As far as I am concerned, he is ineligible for staff for a long time, especially after I specifically told him that noclip is for getting to sit areas or seeing shownlr logs/other valid non-RP use ONLY.
